It's easy for us to say that our Honda dealership near Kissimmee, FL, isn't like the rest. After all, Classic Honda has been reinventing the dealership experience for decades, thanks to our founder, William E. "Bill" Holler. Since we first opened our doors, we've based our business around his principles, building lasting customer relationships first and sales quotas second. Classic Honda is a part of the successful Holler-Classic Automotive Group, which has been serving the Orlando community with quality auto service and streamlined vehicle sales for 80 years! Our group motto is "Never Forget Your Customer - Never Let Your Customer Forget You!" That credo came straight from the lips of Bill Holler himself, first of the Holler clan to enter the automotive industry. Bill was a motivational speaker ahead of his time, referred to by Automotive News as an evangelist, table-pounder and spellbinder. But it was his deep understanding of customer wants and needs that guided him to success as General Sales Manager of Chevrolet and Vice President of General Motors, and it was his energetic demeanor and keen business savvy that enabled him to create innovative programs designed to motivate dealerships to break sales records. He even established the General Motors Dealers' Son School to guide the children of dealership staff as they prepare to inherit the family business. Bill's son, grandson and great-grandchildren all went on to graduate from this very school.
With such inspiring leadership and a history full of automotive triumphs, Classic Honda was well-equipped for success when it was established in 1978. She is professional, knowledgable, courteous, and just plain friendly. She takes great care in making sure that you are completely aware of what your issues are with your vehicle, and what it will cost to correct the problem. She is also quite good at estimating how long it will take to complete the service. If there are any discounts currently being offered for service, she will bring this to the attention of the customer. More

Good service. Quick and efficient. Helpful Service Advisor Our 2012 CR-V wouldn't start one morning. I called Classic Honda and they said to bring it in. Holler Honda Dane Binger, was an awesome salesman, no salesman speech was giving to us in other to cahoot us into buying a car. The transaction was smooth, buying a car was a big deal to me and not for one second did I thought my husband and I made the wrong decision. BUYER BEWARE! DANGEROUS! I PURCHASED A CAR HERE THAT WAS NOT SERVICED/ NOR CHECKED OVER BEFORE THEY SOLD IT TO ME. THE CAR DIED AFTER DRIVING IT FOR LESS THAN TEN DANGEROUS! I PURCHASED A CAR HERE THAT WAS NOT SERVICED/ NOR CHECKED OVER BEFORE THEY SOLD IT TO ME. THE CAR DIED AFTER DRIVING IT FOR LESS THAN TEN MINUTES/4 MILES. THE CAR WOULD NOT EVEN JUMP START! THE DEALERSHIP CLAIMED IT WAS THE BATTERY. A TOW TRUCK HAD TO BRING THIS CAR BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. HOWEVER ALMOST 15 HOURS LATER I DROVE TO HONDA AND A MECHANIC WAS UNDER THE HOOD OF THE CAR WITH MY LICENSE PLATE STILL ON THE VEHICLE. WHITE HONDA ACCORD WITH 21,641MILES ON IT! PLEASE BE CAREFUL I THINK THIS CAR IS A LEMON. ALSO, THE DEALERSHIP WASTED TEN HOURS OF MY TIME, CAUSED ME TO MISS WORK AND DID NOTHING FOR ME EXCEPT OFFER A MORE EXPENSIVE CAR FOR MORE MONEY!!!!! More
