The service was completed before the estimated time he was thorough enough to explain things in my car that needed my immediate attention and those I could still wait. More

I was in for an Oil Change, but then he took me inside the shop so a mechanic could show some problems that they found: Wor Mr Jay Banks waited on me. I was in for an Oil Change, but then he took me inside the shop so a mechanic could show some problems that they found: Worn bushings (really bad), thin tires (they are 7 years old) and almost zero rear wheel brake left. Most of these issues are safety related, so he advised me to solve then ASAP. After some number crunching, he was able to find a reasonable amount to pay, so I took it. He was very proffessional and courteous. He will be an excelent service advisor after he gains more experience. More
