Service Department I scheduled an appointment for an oil change when I arrived Mr. Jay Banks assisted me & informed me that there was an approximate hour and a half wait I scheduled an appointment for an oil change when I arrived Mr. Jay Banks assisted me & informed me that there was an approximate hour and a half wait even thought I had an appointment. Discouraged by this information, I called and asked my son to bring my work computer so that my waiting would not be in vain. Before my son could arrive, Mr. Banks approached me indicating that my vehicle was ready. This was extremely encouraging considering my hectic schedule. He also prepared my oil rebate form prior to my going to the cashier (prior rebates had to be submitted twice because the form was not processes at the time of the oil change). The only reason I did not give a five star rating is because the Multi-Point Inspection Report Card was not discussed with me, & there are two items requiring future attention. I will address them ASAP. Thank you for you prompt and courteous serious. More

From the time I walked in 'til I drove out in my new Accord, the experience was awesome. Mo Almbaied was my sales rep and I can't say enough about him. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The same goes for the other employees who helped me. I drove away feeling pleased and satisfied with the entire process.
