It's easy for us to say that our Honda dealership near Kissimmee, FL, isn't like the rest. After all, Classic Honda has been reinventing the dealership experience for decades, thanks to our founder, William E. "Bill" Holler. Since we first opened our doors, we've based our business around his principles, building lasting customer relationships first and sales quotas second. Classic Honda is a part of the successful Holler-Classic Automotive Group, which has been serving the Orlando community with quality auto service and streamlined vehicle sales for 80 years! Our group motto is "Never Forget Your Customer - Never Let Your Customer Forget You!" That credo came straight from the lips of Bill Holler himself, first of the Holler clan to enter the automotive industry. Bill was a motivational speaker ahead of his time, referred to by Automotive News as an evangelist, table-pounder and spellbinder. But it was his deep understanding of customer wants and needs that guided him to success as General Sales Manager of Chevrolet and Vice President of General Motors, and it was his energetic demeanor and keen business savvy that enabled him to create innovative programs designed to motivate dealerships to break sales records. He even established the General Motors Dealers' Son School to guide the children of dealership staff as they prepare to inherit the family business. Bill's son, grandson and great-grandchildren all went on to graduate from this very school.
With such inspiring leadership and a history full of automotive triumphs, Classic Honda was well-equipped for success when it was established in 1978. It was an unbelievable experience at classic Honda. Thank Rafael Lugo for helping me make a great choice at picking the Honda Accord EX 2016. When I first arrive at the dealer for the first time at 9am. Thank Rafael Lugo for helping me make a great choice at picking the Honda Accord EX 2016. When I first arrive at the dealer for the first time at 9am. Rafael Lugo was there to answer all the questions that I had about what I wanted in my car. Classic Honda was the best fit for me to go in and buy a car. By asking me questions of what kind of car I wanted it, Rafael Lugo with his knowledge about Hondas, was able to nearow my search down of the kind of car I wanted to the Honda Accord. Because of his patients and kindness, he was able to allow me to test drive the cars and he was able to show me all the features of the car and how to operate them. Rafael Luco was and is the best person to buy a car from. Although I never brought a car before or met anyone else at the dealership, Rafael Lugo wasn't forcing me to buy a car that wouldn't fit me or that I wouldn't like. He make sure he ask me the right questions to fit me into a car with all his experiences that would make me happy which he did. More

Went in for recall replacements on my Honda....excellent!
