This was my first time buying a new car and I can comfortably say that my experience was overwhelmingly positive. Classic Honda was exceptional in every way. Using the get quote feature on the automobiles.honda.com website, I contacted 6 different Honda dealerships in two states (FL & TN) in search of a 2024 Honda Civic Hatchback 6MT Sport Touring in Boost Blue. Classic Honda was the only dealership that had one on their lot, and yet accommodated my specific circumstances with professionalism from start to finish. When I contacted Classic Honda, my wife and I had just moved from FL to TN a few weeks prior. I drove the moving truck and left my car in FL. I told Classic Honda that I planned to fly to FL on a Wednesday the following week, sell my old car, purchase the 2024 Civic Hbk, and drive the new car to TN that weekend. Prior to my arrival, I communicated with salesman Pedro. He gave me a video tour of the civic, explained the process clearly, and provided me with an initial financing/price estimate that accurately represented what was later provided at the dealership. A day before my arrival, I was contacted by salesman Dan and notified that Pedro would be out of the office on the date of my appointment. Despite the change, there were no surprises and no he-said/she-said. Dan had already been made aware of my unique circumstances and it was as if I'd communicated with the same person throughout. To me, that's an indication of good management and an honest sales team. With $4k down on a lease, Classic Honda got me into the car I wanted, at the price point I wanted (<$400/mo), and in the time frame I needed. On top of that, I was in and out of the dealership in just 3 hours including a test drive, plenty of questions, and a thorough understanding of how to use the vehicle's many features. A few days after I arrived in TN with the new car, I had a couple questions and so I contacted Dan. There was no phone tag, no getting passed off to different sales reps, and no sense of impatience due to having already made the sale. Dan continue the exceptional customer service that I experienced in person by answering my questions with professionalism, and left the door open for any additional needs in the future. If I return to the Central Florida area, or if any of my friends or family are in search of a trustworthy dealership to buy a new or used car, I will certainly use and recommend Classic Honda. A stressful process lay ahead, or so I thought, after spending many hours test-driving and inquiring about different trims on the RAV 4. This was one of the very few times in my life when my "need vs. wa spending many hours test-driving and inquiring about different trims on the RAV 4. This was one of the very few times in my life when my "need vs. want creed" was overtaken by the "to have" desire. I already owned a nice SUV but felt it was a tad too small. After viewing comparative videos of the two top contenders, I had to test-drive both of them. I started with Toyota and spent a lot of time doing so. I was on the fence but not convincingly sold on the Rav 4. I contacted Classic Honda the next day and immediately received emails and texts from a courteous gal. I inquired who I should ask for when I arrived at the dealership the next morning. Meanwhile, I decided to research their inventory beforehand. Shelby gave me the name of the salesperson to see and advised me he would be in touch before my visit. As soon as we completed our conversation, I heard from the salesperson who gave me his number in case I needed his assistance beforehand. It turns out I did require his help due to the difficulty I ran into trying to access their website from the Honda Corporate web page. Joe Prestol was kind enough to send me links to the SUV's of interest which I felt went above and beyond on a Saturday night after a long day at work. Upon arriving the next morning, my anxiety about having to deal with another dealership fizzled into thin air as I was immediately calmed by the polite and gentlemanly gesture of Joe walking out the front doors where he was awaiting my arrival. The shiny and clean SUV was parked to the side, waiting to be test-driven. After some exchange of pertinent information, and receiving lots of details about the SUV, my interest was piqued. The test drive was also a comparative tool between the two SUVs. The Honda CR-V won hands down over the Rav 4. The CR-V is solid,. The handling and ride feels as if you're floating on a cloud. It's definitely "smooth." The sophisticated design boasts ample space for a small SUV. Just close the doors and you'll immediately notice the soundness of the vehicle. All questions were answered. I received a fair trade-in price for my car and (what I thought ) was a generous discount The nice thing about Classic Honda is there is NO HAGGLING on price of the vehicle. They provide their fair price upfront unlike other dealerships where you can count on being bombarded with DEALER ADD-ONS that one by one you have to negotiate and explain you neither want nor need. Next time you "want or need" a new car, test drive a Honda at Classic Honda in Orlando where a hospitable environment and welcoming personnel await .Rest assured you'll be treated fairly and respectfully as you toss your preconceived notions to the wind!
