It may be because the salesmen get paid hourly not by commission so I kinda felt ignored. Nobody likes pushy salesmen but having to ask for a manager to assign me someone felt awkward. After talking numbers, I don't know why it took 3 days for them to agree on a price, I guess upper management had to approve and finally we made a deal on a new 2016 Honda Odyssey. They definitely have a different calm non forceful way to do business but I will tell you that everyone involved was friendly, polite and professional. I would recommend Classic Honda to anyone. Ask for Alexis Zapata, he is the best sales associate! More
