The mechanic did fix my car. However, communication is gravely lacking with the advisor/agent. There are 3 ways offered to get updates. They were all useless. 1) service tracker board was not being updated. 2) you can text your agent but you won’t get any answers. 3) you can call customer service but even they won’t be able to get in contact with the agent. My car was late. I was promised the car at 1 PM. After calling for 4 hours, the agent finally answered his phone and told me the car wasn’t ready. Why not tell me sooner??? I found out at 5 PM after calling for hours. I work 12 hour shifts so I couldn’t pick up my car the next day and had to uber to work (40 minutes away). The following day, I literally had to show up at his desk because I never got an update. So no, I will never go back there! Save myself the headache. More

The customer service during the purchase process was very good, it was fast and everyone was friendly. But during the after-sales process, unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience. We were texting to tr good, it was fast and everyone was friendly. But during the after-sales process, unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience. We were texting to try to resolve a situation regarding a document and because I couldn't answer some calls while I was busy, my car was towed and I will have to pay for it. When we went to have a personal conversation at the dealership, everything was resolved. However, this whole embarrassing situation should have been avoided because the same resolution proposal was given on my part more than once and I was ignored. Now I will have to spend more extra money, around $500 for a situation that was easy to resolve. It was definitely a disappointment. More

Angelo was my advisor who answered my many questions. He’s very friendly, low key, and knowledgeable. Scott, too, is very helpful.
