I ha an issue with my car a Honda Pilot. I have to leave my car parked every two weeks.On return the alarm had trained the battery.I had to call to get in jumped started with no success.I lef I have to leave my car parked every two weeks.On return the alarm had trained the battery.I had to call to get in jumped started with no success.I left it Thursday night.They Tod me to bring it Monday as I had it towed.Told them underlying issue.I wanted a full diagnostic.They did nothing till Wednesday.Told me battery was dead.On Thursday I rang hadn’t done anything.Told them put in a battery I will collect it.Took it to local garage I use.They did a doagnst.Charged my old battery which they said was dead.Very disappointed supposed to be proper Honda techs.Never use a dealership again More

I had contacted this dealership in 2022 and received a good response but due to the travel, dismissed it. In all the other research, the Honda Sales Teams were awful, greedy, deceitful and curt!!! Early this summer I contacted Classic again and with just one phone call, was able to order the Honda I wanted. Wow! I was courtesously given status checks – still skeptical, I peppered the very patient Sales personnel with questions/concerns – all of which they very graciously answered. Upon notice the car was in, I asked for the OTD price and was given just that - this price was on point and never waivered. I traveled to the Dealership, was met by everyone and even though I kept asking questions – they kept answering all my concerns. I owe a big thank you to Mr. Quiroz, Mr. Fraze, Mr. Bentley, and Mr. Gilbreath. Also thank you to Mr. Hems in finance – I gave him a hard time and he again very patiently explained everything.
