The Valet employees are friendly and detailed. My car looks and smells great. I didn't lift a finger, except to sign for the loaner and for the repairs. After taking it for a test drive I fell in love with the car and sam couldnt have been more friendly..I am only 21 but I know excellent service when i recieve it..I had a personal situation about the financing with my trade in and when I tell you that sam, bobby, tysinger jumped thru hoops climb ladders and went above and beyond for me I could not believe it. It felt like i was really hanging and managing things with my friends and they were not like other shady dealers and show you everything in black and white. Bobby was just as good as sam and I felt like i was in good hands with him. I bought a wonderful car from them but not only that they helped me out of a stressful situation in my personal life linked with my trade in. This was an excellent transaction, completed at a distance in only four days, for a car you had to find. Jon Hunt was absolutely great, and I will recommend him to anyone. He even volunteered to drive a loaner car here, pick up my Genesis, and take it to Hampton to install the Genesis badges he promised but did not have on hand. There were two glitches, very minor. The car was not ready when I arrived, so Mitch had to draw things out, somewhat painfully. But he kept re-supplying my water and even moved items from my Azera to the Genesis. Jon was in a meeting. Then the finance papers were wrong, but when I pointed that out, and referenced the actual charge sheet, they were immediately corrected. No quibble, no hassle, a pleasure, unlike my former Hyundai dealer, who clearly did not value me as a longtime customer. Don't like the 70 mile round trip, especially the tunnel, but it seems as if the Genesis requires little maintenance. So, Southside Hampton Roads, look to Hampton when you are shopping. More
