I referred my stepdaughter and son-in-law to Tysinger when their old vehicle was totaled. As a young family with two babies and less than $5000 to replace their transportation they were left in a seriou when their old vehicle was totaled. Mitch was able to get them in a pristine pre-owned 2007 Honda at a great price that literally saved the day. Mitch and the Tysinger team bent over backwards to help them and Mitch even kept me in the loop as progress was made toward solving their problem. Tysinger has pure gold in Mitch Sears. He is the most understanding, compassionate, and honest salesman I have ever encountered and I can’t say enough good things about him. Tysinger has been the best dealership I have ever dealt with since I bought a pre-owned 2007 Azera though Mitch. Though I've never bought a new vehicle from Tysinger, their service has never been less than platinum. Whatever you are doing, keep it up, you’ve got it right. He is friendly, courteous, and helpful, always has a smile on his face, and takes the time to explain any work that may be necessary, why, and at what cost. He is also great at keeping me updated on the progress of my service and calling when anything unexpected is discovered. During check out, Ty is thorough in explaining what service was performed and what service may be needed in the future. One time, I needed some information about my service history and was having difficulty locating it in my records. I called Ty, and he was able to promptly get back to me with the information I needed. I trusted Ty implicitly with my vehicle service needs and was sad to learn he had left my area. Tysinger is lucky to have snagged such a pro!! More

First off let me say Mitch Sears in sales is a phenomenal person and this guy deserves a promotion or a raise at minimum. He was straight to the point, honest, very professional, a no pressure attitude about person and this guy deserves a promotion or a raise at minimum. He was straight to the point, honest, very professional, a no pressure attitude about him, none of the b.s. that you would come to expect at a car dealership and even objective at times which I absolutely respect. He delivered all promises with a tenacious drive to satisfy my request and then some on the car I purchased as well as with other customers that he was working with at the time. He treated me the same throughout the complete car sale process up until the time I took it off the lot for the final time. He kept me up to date on work being done and seen to it that my car was done by the time promised. Tysinger automotive itself has a very professional atmosphere, an enormous selection with what seemed to be competitive pricing across the board along with it being probably the biggest dealership I've ever seen. The quality of work done by the service department was exceptional quality as well, as I had a little paint touched up on the trunk and rear bumper before I took my car home for good. I'd say the biggest negative was the detailing performed at Tysinger which left something to be desired, but it was still decent. If you stop by Tysinger to purchase a car, ask for Mitch Sears and you WILL NOT be disappointed. More
After 30 years of living in Manhattan without a car, I have had several car-buying experiences in the last year or so, once for myself and once for my elderly brother. Needless to say, over a 30-year period, the process of buying a car had changed dramatically, and not for the better. Except for my Tysinger experience, the process has not been customer oriented. At one dealership in my area, the experience took 6 hours and smacked of psychological gamesmanship. My experience at Tysinger has convinced me that it is still possible in 2013 to have your business be treated as something of value. My salesman, Hadrian Apoderado, was particularly impressive . . . knowledgeable, patient, cheerful, and thorough. At one point, when I told him my time was growing short, he actually ran from his manager's office back to his own, where I was waiting. Never thought I'd see that kind of service at a dealership again in my lifetime! More
