Update to this post. I should have waited to post this review until after I received everything I was promised: 1. Install 'Remote Start' on my car 2. Install cargo tray (wasn't provided during purchase) 3. Install cargo net (wasn't provided during purchase) 4. Detail car (delivered the new car to me dirty but promised to detail when 'remote start' was installed) 5. Fill gas tank to full Had to take my vehicle back to get items above completed in the contract and was told they would have my car back to me by lunch time. Called at 3:30PM and was informed they wouldn't have my car ready until Wednesday because they would have to send it to a third-party to install this remote start (service said that sales didn't tell them what they needed to get this scheduled). Talked to Kim Kelly and Samantha and was told they would make sure everything was completed. On Tuesday I received another call saying my car now wouldn't be delivered until Saturday because they forgot to order a part for the remote start. When I received my car: 1. It was on empty (I left it with Tysinger with over 3/4 tank) 2. Car had 104 miles added to it since I dropped it off (I live 35 miles from the dealership) 3. Car Detail: Looked like someone just ran it through a wash and put shine on the tires. There was a huge stain left on the cargo mat which was they just covered up with the cargo tray they installed. Also some spots on the dash and back seats. I left messages for Kim Kelly, Samantha, and Jonathan at the service department about the first two issues. I only received a text from Jonathan the next day that they would send me a $50 gas card give me a free oil change for the inconvenience. I told him I already purchased the maintenance program which included the oil changes. I didn't get a response from Jonathan or receive the $50 gas card from him. I didn't even hear back from Kim Kelly or Samantha! I had to call back a week later and talk with Bob Rombs who said he would look into the problem. He called back within 5 minutes and told me that they (Samantha, Kelly, and Jonathan) all thought that someone else was handling the issue and that Kim was with Jonathan when he called me and offered me the oil change and gift card. I told him that no one CALLED! That I only received a text and even then they didn't follow through or up with me! Bob said I would have the gift card tomorrow. I honestly felt that I was more of an inconvenience with Bob than him being worried that his staff not following up on delivering what a client PAID FOR! I was made to feel like I was just trying to get something free from them! I will never use this dealership again!
