We were shopping for a reliable car for my daughter and called after seeing a profile on cars.com for a 2004 intrepid with only 68000 miles. Called us back within an hour to share everything he found out about the car. So far the car runs great, everything was just as stated when we got to Tysinger the next morning, I loved that because I hate surprises!! Everyone was very helpful from Mitch to the trainee he had with him to finance when we paid for the car! I hope to have the same experience when I go back for maintenance I will update my review then, for now I would go back for the next 4 daughters in line for a great used car!! That is saying a lot!! Originally, I started coming to the Tysinger service dept. for my Mercedes. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgable that we decided to shop for our next vehicle there. The experience was pleasant. Their sales dept. took time to answer all our questions. This purchase was our second from Tysinger. Our sales person Ed and his manager Miles stayed late and made sure everything was perfect with our purchase. I would highly recommend Tysinger Motors. More

I had always passed by Tysinger as I am 23 years old and have lived in Hampton for most of my life. I always liked the "mountainous rock display" at the front of the property and the location is just very appealing itself. The service was AMAZING. I am a pretty high-energy person from the time I wake all the way up to gym time (lol) so being surrounded by so many pleasant employees in one place was so nice! When my parents were giving me advice, my mom said,"Find an honest place that makes you all bubbly inside. That's where you buy your come from". (We're a corny people lol). But that is exactly how I felt when I was at Tysinger and so that is exactly what I did! I went originally to look at Jeep Commander (used) but taking gas into consideration, I drove off the lot with a 2012 Hyundai Sonata with less than 34,000 miles and at a GREAT price! (Less than $16,000). I was Extrememly pleased. The service team is so proffesional, organized and informative! And contrary to how nice the shop is, it is Very well priced. Loved every second of my Tysinger experience, my Sonata and am looking forward to coming to Tysinger in the future! More
