I shopped only at one Toyota dealer for RAV4 and Camry and compared only those two to Tysinger offers and kept the playing field level. For whatever reasons Toyota could not match Tysinger, and I was prepared to take either Toyota or Hyundai - or one each. I have been buying/leasing cars for most of my 66 years, and I have NEVER had this experience. Shopping for my new vehicle at Tysinger was the last stop on my dealership list considering it was the furthest from my home is Suffolk, VA. I did think near the end of my shopping spree that I would not have properly shopped for my new vehicle if I didn't include the Tysinger dealership in this quest. Didn't want proceed not really knowing if I worked the best price before my purchase. Needless to say having made Tysinger my last stop on the list has taught me to make it my first in the future when shopping for a car. No kidding, this car buying experience was easy, enjoyable and handled by folks who obviously have been in this business for quite some time. Experienced professionals to say the least! Mike and Mitch know customer service and take care of the customer. A pure statement of fact. Call it a "paranormal experience" if you will or better yet, truly unprecedented when compared to any and all previous car buying experiences I have had!!! I would simply like to say to the global community reading this, you need to go to Tysinger first and you need to ask for Mike Pishner and Mitch Sears when you get there. From the 3 other dealerships I negotiated my car price with prior to coming to Tysinger, these guys beat the price of each of the 3 dealerships. I honestly feel I received much more value in the deal by going to Tysinger. The fourth stop will indeed be the first next go around. I purchased a used car from Tysinger Hyundai in Hampton and the service was excellent! I had never purchased a car on my own before and, with a new baby, my budget was very limited. I explained to him that I had no cash to offer up front and wanted to put everything on the loan and he knocked the price of the car down for me so I'd be able to leave with the car that night with no cash up front. Everything went so smoothly and I'm so happy with my experience! I bought my car not even 24 hours ago and I've already recommended them to several people. Kyle didn't give me the "pushy car salesman" vibe, he was very down to earth and very friendly.
