I hate car shopping. Just hate it. I always leave feeling bested, even if I love my car...as if I could have done better if only... Not this time. I walked into Tysinger Hyundai hoping against hope for a used Hyundai Tucson I'd seen listed. Two days prior I had submitted a trade-in value request via Auto Trader. Ty Reynolds of Tysinger reached out to me to best any offer I got online. I emailed him several times to explain my financial picture and what I hoped to accomplish. He was assuring without being patronizing. I got to Tysinger about 2 pm, and Ty, Bobby Walters, and Tom Duckwall worked together tirelessly to send me home in the car I wanted. I am 52 years old and have bought many cars over the years. This was, in complete honesty, the very first time I worked through this process and felt that the team cared about me as a person. That sounds so cliche', but there was absolutely no pressure at any time. They talked to me, not at me...about my needs, my credit history...trying to get the absolute most car at the best value that they could. Ty Reynolds gave me his absolutely undivided, cheerful attention and was a joy to work with. Bobby showed the kind of empathy and understanding rarely exhibited in finance. Thomas Duckwall used his extensive experience and was, quite frankly, one of the funniest finance people I'd ever met. Truly, they were consummate professionals from start to finish. I urge you, if you are in the market for a car, even if your credit is a bit less than stellar...whatever the case, try this dealership. I will be giving them my future business and sending all of my friends. More

Before even arriving at the dealership Tysinger, Jessie provides a warm and fuzzy by making personal contact via email in reference to the vehicle that I was interested in. He provided photos of vehicle and a warm welcome invitation to test drive my selection. Shortly after test driving my selection (2007 Toyota Camry Solara) I was informed by Jessie to relax and let him work on the numbers on the vehicle of choice. Approximately 1 hour later, I was meeting with Mr. Brian Tate (Finance Manager). This guy is a true heavy weight when it comes to crunching numbers and explaining about the financing and just providing you a true bigger picture of what you are signing your name to on the form, before signing it. Jessie and Brian both had an amazing attitude about how they went about engaging into conversation with you. Both are down to earth and keeps it real. I will be shopping Tysinger again and hope to have the same professionals that sealed my deal on vehicle of choice. Jessie Guiseppe and Brian Tate…I truly appreciate the SUPER FAST service that I was provided and the attitude that came with it. My experience with Tysinger was very positive. No one gave me the run around. They were straight forward and honest. The people I dealt with weren't phony and seemed to be genuinely interested in assisting me. I live in NC, about 2 1/2 hours away from Tysinger and inquired about an Acura TL they had advertised. Sam answered my query and e-mailed me multiple pictures of the car which made my decision easier. He also was able to answer all of my questions regarding the car and its history. The Acura had been traded in for a new Mercedes-Benz. Once I made the decision to purchase it, Sam made all of the paperwork arrangements and I faxed him certain documentation in advance so that when I came in to pick up the car, the actual buying process took no more than 30 minutes. I've had dealer experiences in the past which took hours. In my opinion, a dealer that can't wrap up the process in less than an hour doesn't value my time. It's not that difficult. I appreciated that from Tysinger and would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing one of their vehicles. After my purchase, they followed up with me a couple of times to ensure my satisfaction. I was impressed with my overall experience and their professionalism. More
My car buying experience at Tysinger has been outstanding all four times I purchased my vehicles, Mitch was the salesman. This is the 4th vehicle that we have purchased from Tysinger in the past three years all four times I purchased my vehicles, Mitch was the salesman. I would like to commend Mitch Sears on his professionalism and friendliness also the sales staff and the sales manager were very professional they gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision Mitch made this purchase Great. His knowledge of the vehicles a 2013 Santa Fe and the entire buying process far exceeded my standards. Being a Veteran of the Armed Forces myself, I found Mitch very easy to work with and he went above and beyond to help me. In fact, after the purchase, Mitch has continued to go beyond to ensure my satisfaction with the vehicle and the two my kids have! I thank Tysinger for not only employing our Veterans, but for having Mitch Sears employed...a true asset to the company. Mitch made this another great buying experience for me from the beginning. He was friendly and professional. I told him when I decided on the vehicle and what I wanted in it and they went to work and found it in three days. I appreciated the straight forward approach, no back and forth. The way they do business seems to be the way it should be done. It was well worth the time and since Mitch was so hospitable and the dealership was clean and comfortable it seemed to go by quickly. When we went into the business office with Thomas, he too was professional and informative and we moved through the process with ease and efficiency. Thanks a lot to the Tysinger Team. He listen well and called me a few days later to tell me about the car I ended up purchasing. He and Miles did everything to get the car ready so it would meet my needs and it showed. I am so pleased with it, that I don't think I've quit smiling since I purchased. Sidenote: I am in boat sales and I build relationships with my clients. I found your dealership quite convenient and easy to get to. Working with Mike pilchner and Gary Copeland was a pleasure for my husband and me. Unfortunately i was not happy with interior color of the first car, but they were able to quickly find one that i wanted. It was a pleasure dealing with Dhruv, we did not feel pressured at all and he heard everyone one of our requests. He was also very thorough on the delivery of the vehicle. He even communicated with us on his day off, we only found out afterwards that he was off. It was also very noticeable that the dealership has a teamwork relationship. When we went in to test drive a second time Dhruv was not there, but he made arrangements for someone else to go with us and that is when we met Ed Burrows, who was just as helpful and did not pressure us either. Over the years we have purchased over ten new cars and this dealership is tied with our best dealings with dealerships regarding appreciation for our time and ease of negotiations. More
