I was interested in trading in my Nissan Pathfinder for something much more gas friendly and something I wouldn't get sick of right away. He listened, offered me several choices in vehicles and styles, and then finally educated me on the 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. He is a self-described gadget guru and was able to explain all the questions I had no matter how many different ways I asked them. He explained everything to me in detail and told me about why this was the car for me. When I told him I couldn't make a decision without letting my wife see and drive the car, he was completely understanding. He had the car cleaned and ready for her to see the next day, she had the same questions I did, and he was never pushy for the sale. He informed me of my choices, he got me the best price, and he helped me every step of the way. My only inconvenience that day was it took over 6 hours to finalize everything. Again at no time was Jesse anything but apologetic and used my waiting time to help me set everything up on my new car and with BlueLink. It was just a pretty long wait to sign off on the paperwork. I really appreciate the fact that this dealership has made the choice to be closed on Sundays as well, that definitely made a difference in in my mind.
