They kept me informed of the progress they were making in securing such a vehicle. Trey-Lin Plute, salesman, was my primary point of contact during the buying process. He was professional. knowledgeable, and positive. I felt he had my best interest at hand and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The vehicle and the necessary paperwork were waiting for me when I arrived, as he had promised. I also had several conversations, with JP Mancini II during the process of locating the appropriate vehicle. I felt that he, like Trey-Lin, was doing everything he could to locate a vehicle with which I would be satisfied. However, my experience with Finance was less than satisfactory. The finance employee would not discuss rates and payment options until I came to take delivery of the vehicle. Neither did he provide information I requested about extended warranty packages prior to delivery of the vehicle. Therefore, I secured the loan and extended warranty through my credit union. More

Service Repair/Customer Service Wellllll, with the experience I just had, I am not certain if I would recommend the center but that Ty Pennix is a TOP SHELF professional since I move Wellllll, with the experience I just had, I am not certain if I would recommend the center but that Ty Pennix is a TOP SHELF professional since I moved in the area in 2013. That passion, "let me fix it attitude" and give me a reason to say, YES is quite infectious and I am glad to know that he is THE BEST in the land for providing just good, solid customer care. If he was not at Tysinger, I cannot say that I would return. Even when he does not take care of my auto repair needs, he will take the time to ask how I am and how things are going..When I just recently ran into a major snag at the dealership, he inquired and did not end our conversation until I walked to the loaner smiling...even after the Service Dept was closed. This guy is BIG CORPORATE in the city of Hampton. If I could convince him to transition to the medical world to take care of our military and their families, I'd grab him in a heartbeat. But when it came time to replace our 10-year old Santa Fe, we knew where we were going. This was our fourth purchase from Tysinger and our fifth purchase from our salesman, Mitch Sears. We return to Mitch and Tysinger because we know we'll be treated right and we refer friends and family for the same reason. This purchase was no exception. We knew exactly what we wanted and the staff went the extra mile, literally, to find our new 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Ultimate AWD in Marlin Blue! Mitch kept us posted on the dealer trade and ensured everything was in order. The entire experience reaffirmed our trust and confidence in Tysinger, Hyundai, and Mitch Sears. More
Excellent Experience I accompanied my 24 year old daughter to the dealership to purchase her first car. Kevin was very patient with her and treated her with the utmost respect. My daughter had in mind what what she wanted and actually compared vehicles from other dealerships. Tysinger Hyundai was our last stop. Really, we should have made it our first stop. The prices and selections were excellent. After test driving the vehicle, we came back to finalize the deal. Kevin gave my daughter a great deal on a 2015 fully loaded Hyundai Sonata Limited. Pam got my daughter a great interest rate on the financing. Pam also patiently explained the additional warranty and insurance options available for the vehicle which my daughter had already researched and wanted to add. Kevin and Pam made the entire experience very pleasurable. I just enjoyed the fact that they treated my daughter as a valued customer. My daughter and I highly recommend the Tysinger dealership for a great car-buying experience. More
