So when we arrived we felt we were not dressed the best for what appeared to be a top of the line car dealership. However, as soon as we arrived and Mitch introduced himself, he went straight to work by asking us what we were interested in, and quickly established rapport with both of us. He was so knowledgeable and pleasant, we felt right at home. He truly wants the customer to know all that he knows about the vehicle! When we went inside for the paperwork, everyone there seemed to be just as nice and attentive! Even other employees would greet us! When Thomas Duckwall came in to speak with us, he too spoke business in terms that are easily understood, and professional and so down to earth. My husband and I truly had a fantastic hassle-free experience! We are already planning to get another vehicle there! More

I was looking for a car for my daughter and came across this MX-5. Mike and Thomas knew that I was looking at another car and worked to get me the financing I needed to fit another car in the budget. For my daughter, Mike showed us numerous cars available and took us on test drives. Though my daughter was not "sold" on the cars available at that time, Mike kept his eye out and contacted me when something came along using our criteria. We made multiple trips and Mike was always as helpful as possible. He made my daughter comfortable during the rides and discussing her wants. Didn't buy a car yet but are still looking. More
I purchased my S550 Sept 5, 2013. My sales person was Ms Angel Noel and she is awesome. I am grateful for her patience, professionalism, and her time during the entire sales process. Ms. Noel conducted nu Angel Noel and she is awesome. I am grateful for her patience, professionalism, and her time during the entire sales process. Ms. Noel conducted numerous follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. There is an issue with my automobile for the malfunction indicator light is reoccurring. I have paid for this service and there have been two unsuccessful attempts for repair with the service dept, therefore I have to submit a 3rd service appointment. Mr. Andy Trowbridge is my service advisor and he is the best with scheduling valet services and updating me with recommendations, cost for repairs, etc. Mr Trowbridge has excellent communication skills, caring, mannerism, and great public relations skills. I had to submit. Certified Letter to Mr. Bob Rombs due to the fact there were underlying malfunctions issues with the CD and DVD players when I purchased my automobile, and Mr. Andy and Ms Noel were instrumental with ensuring that issue was resolved. It was brought to Mr Rombs attention that my invoice read Complimentary Valet and I, the Customer informed him that I purchased the Valet Package. Mr. Rombs sent an email informing me that i misread and that I DID NOT purchased the Valet and it was Complimentary. Therefore, I had to contact Ms Noel and she hand delivered my Valet service packet to the Service Manager. Perhaps, the Vice President of Tysinger, Mr Rombs was the person that misread and not the Customer. Tysinger valet staff delivered my car to my home with my front license plate hanging off my car due to the fact that Tysinger service dept put one screw on my car tag. My license plate was damaged and bent. I, customer verbalized to the Valet Staff that my tag was hanging on front of my car for it has one screw. Tysinger valet staff responded to me that it was a lot of construction on the highway and screw probably came off. I was so upset I could not respond. The valet staff was constant repeating herself about gas for the rental car. I have supporting pictures to accompany this issue and copy of pictures were sent certified to Mr. Rombs, My staff removed a screw from my E350 that I purchased from Philips Automotive for they out 4 screws on my front tag and 4 screws on my back tag with a Phillips Automotive display on front and back. I received an email from Tysinger on Oct 31, 2013 for a complimentary car wash and CLOCK change due to time change. I personally gave a copy of the email to the valet individual on Nov 1, 2013 in my driveway and he informed me that he would put copy of email with my paperwork. My automobile was returned to me on Nov Nov 6, 2013, car clean OK and clock NOT changed. Perhaps service dept failed to read or acknowledge the email. Tysinger and I financed my automobile through BayPort Credit Union at 4.25 interest rate per Tysinger. BayPort Credit Union noticed me few days later that my interest rate was 3.25, my monthly payment would remain the same, however duration of loan will have lesser months, reduced by 2 car payments. I, the Customer also advised Mr. Rombs of the change and in his email he informed me that it was a BayPort error. Thanks for allowing to share my experience, for this has not been a pleasant journey for me . Hopefully the malfunction with the re-occurring light will be resolved soon Tysinger will continuing satisfying customers since 1926. Dr Marie H Davis More
