I came to Tysinger to look at a 2009 Nissan Murano, and to trade our 2004 Toyota Sienna. I had used the Autotrader Marketplace to get a trade value on my Sienna, and Tysinger was listed as a participant i to trade our 2004 Toyota Sienna. I had used the Autotrader Marketplace to get a trade value on my Sienna, and Tysinger was listed as a participant in that program. I was extremely pleased that Tysinger accepted the price that Autotrader provided, rather than working me down from that price. The price for the Murano was very fair, based on the prices I have seen in researching Muranos in four states. The best part of our experience was working with Mike Burgess. He was not only very friendly and professional, but extremely knowledgeable. He was able to accommodate everything we needed, including a commitment to have the shop clean up a number of very minor flaws in the exterior finish of the Murano. Mike was able to work with Paul Westcott to get the final price we needed. While we were waiting for that to be down, wife and I were browsing around the showroom for a few minutes. Every single sales associate that walked by asked if we needed any help. Everyone at Tysinger seemed anxious to help in any way possible. We were in a bit of a hurry, as I was trying to get to Richmond for a football game. Mike got us out the door in time, satisfied with our deal, and happy that we had come. I can't wait to pick up the Murano on Tuesday. More
