My Husband received a call from Beth about trading our 2012 Tucson in. We were very apprehensive about going in but when we got there it was very laid back and not pushy to get us into a different car. 2012 Tucson in. We were looking for a bigger vehicle and they had a Chevrolet Traverse on the lot. We fell in love! We were getting ready to take it out on a test drive and someone else had already pulled it up to look at it. We let Steven know that was the car we were interested in and if it was meant to be then it would be. We left that day and received a call from Steven later saying that they did not take the Traverse. We went in on Monday night and got it. Steven was awesome and very patient with us. Bobby was the same. We told them where we wanted to be with price and they made it happen! Thomas got us the best rate and was very friendly. It did take a really long time to get everything done. We do understand it takes a while to get everything in line but we were there for what seemed like forever. I will say we were there after closing and never felt like they were in a hurry with us! We bought our Tucson from this dealership and we were not near as impressed with the sales team we dealt with then but we will defiantly send people Steven's way. Very happy with our choice! More

On November 16, 2013, my vehicle was serviced at Tysinger On November 16, 2013, my vehicle was serviced at Tysinger Motors for a maintenance oil change. After two hours I was told my vehicle was ready and On November 16, 2013, my vehicle was serviced at Tysinger Motors for a maintenance oil change. After two hours I was told my vehicle was ready and I proceeded to return home. Within one mile I observed heavy smoke from my engine. I immediately turn the engine off and found a large amount of oil in my drive-way and inside the garage. Filled with anxiety and disappointment, I contacted the Service Manager, Crystal Dunn, to discuss what occurred. I visited Tysinger because of its reputation for high quality service and assurance that something as simple as an oil change could be performed without incident. My day was filled with anxiety and now reservations because the service was not performed properly on a vehicle that I trusted and now having to feel unsure of the extended damages incurred to the vehicle in the future as a result of the negligence of Tysinger Motors. Tysinger Motors failed to properly install the oil plug after the oil change which affected the oil level in addition to the oil pressure of the vehicle. Oil drop in oil pressure, may in turn have an adverse effect on lubrication elsewhere in the engine (such as the camshaft and upper valve train, especially in overhead cam engines. An oil change seems like a pretty simple procedure, at least as far as automotive maintenance is concerned. Furthermore, the long term affect of this incident is unknown at this time and could result in additional distress and financial burden. Compensation for my inconvience, Tysinger changed the oil and offered me 15% discount on the next service. This 15% discount is offered to any customer by simply going on Tysinger’s website and printing the coupon. I am very disappointed with my experience. More
