I brought my car in for some scheduled routine maintenance. All work was done in a timely manner & finished as promised. I do not recall her name (and her picture is not shown above), but she is always the friendliest, most efficient & delightful person. She always offers me a peppermint patty, which I happily take since I usually do not get a lunch at work. Whenever I go in I hope she will be there because I know my service will be quick & painless, this is especially important since I am usually tired & hungry from working all hard all day. This young lady is the last person I see before leaving the facility & ALWAYS leaves me with a positive view of Tysinger. She is just the type of person I would hire if I had my own business. More

They were very patience with me. I had a lot of questions, but then never turned me away. They worked so hard together to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase, and that I understood everything about the car that I plan to purchase. I have purchased many cars in the past, but I never walked out of a dealership where I felt that the sales team really care about my comfort level, verses them making a sale for themselves. I started the search for a new vehicle about a month ago by searching around online. I submitted an inquiry and received a call from Ty Renolds. Yesterday I decided to take the trip to Tysinger and meet up with Ty. I told him what vehicle I wanted (2014 Hyundai Tuscon SE) and the price I wanted to pay. The team stayed almost a whole hour after closing time to run numbers and never rushed the process. Today, Ty reached out and let me know that they located the exact vehicle I wanted at the payments I wanted. Everyone that I encountered at Tysinger was awesome! I spent a few days talking to Peter over the phone, through text, and through emails. He was very easy to reach and also answered a lot of my questions before I even went to test drive my 2010 Nissan P through text, and through emails. The day I arrived to drive the vehicle, I walked right into the office in Hampton and Peter was already waiting for me to do the test drive. He drove the NIssan Pathfinder up to my wife and I so I could do a thorough inspection of the vehicle before the test drive. Peter was able to answer all of my questions and did not waiver in his responses nor did he seem to be making excuses for any concerns I had. I then was treated to a work through of the spotless service facility. Tysinger had nothing to hide. As walked through the building I could see right into the work area and see exactly what the mechanics were doing to the vehicles. Before we left I was introduced to the service manager and was given a run down on how I could set up my service dates. Now it was time for me to test drive the truck. I forgot to mention how clean the vehicle was when I first entered and the operation/handling of the vehicle was just as flawless. The test drive lasted about thirty minutes and Peter made sure I fell comfortable with vehicle before we brought it back to the dealership. Once we returned, we went into the office to start working on getting my credit scores and basic info for the paper. When it came time to talk about the price, I told Peter what I wanted to pay and told him exactly what I could afford as far as payments each month. Peter worked with Thomas Duckwall, the Finance Manager, in order to get me the best deal on the auto loan. They were able to match my price and they even got my monthly payments $25 under the price I presented them with at the beginning. The new monthly loan payments will end up saving me at least $300 a year. Thank you Tysinger!!!!!!! More
