Specifically, Blake Tysinger with an assist from Paul Westcott and Tom Duckwall, treated me like I was an honored guest every time I visited. Blake treated me like I was buying an $80,000 Mercedes, instead of an $8000 used Hyundai. They put me in an absolutely fantastic used car that was significantly better than anything any other dealer had to offer at that price. I accumulated a laundry list of horror stories from my visit to other dealers, but definitely the extreme opposite with my dealings with Tysinger. Even the president of the company, Mr. Mark Tysinger himself, took time out of his busy day to contact me via e-mail to ensure that I was taken care of....and this was before I made my purchase. Each time I could schedule my visit either on-line or via phone with ease. When I get to the dealership I am met by friendly staff who quickly determine who I am, my service rep for the visit, my reason for being there and get the process going quickly and in a professional manner. All the staff are very friendly, the facility is spotless, and I use the shuttle service as I can make better use of my time rather than sitting in the waiting area. This trip Chris Reynolds took great care of me, noted the things I wanted done, saw a recall was due and got that completed during my visit. As I said I use the shuttle service and Jim was the driver. He is very nice and took me home and picked me up when my car was done. I was called and told the car was ready by Chris and he told me my car needed the full recall servicing. When I returned to pay and pick up my car the cashier is always very nice, and my car had been washed and looked great. To date I have very few problems with the car and my experience with Tysinger Hyundai has been very good. More
