Miles was engaging, informative, and very efficient. Hadrian was very knowledgeable about the vehicles without being pushy. He took the time to get to know me as a person and I felt like the experience was a lot more than just buying a "car". A Pleasant Experience My wife and I have three cars between us that have served us very well but are getting up in years (yes, us and the cars). We believe that if a vehicle serves our needs, is running well, and has maintained its looks, there is no need for a new car. We had a 1998 Mercedes Benz E320, a 2000 VW New Beetle, and a 2000 Lincoln Navigator, all purchased new. We decided last year that it was time to replace the M-B with a more up-to-date vehicle. After many months of educating ourselves of options we settled on the Audi A6. It has obviously been awhile since we have dealt with a dealer on a purchase we felt comfortable going to Tysinger as we had some experience with their service people with the M-B and knew of their reputation. As luck would have it when we had prepared our A6 wish list and arrived at the showroom we connected with Gary Wilkins who turned out to be the "new guy" on the sales force. He did a great job for us throughout the whole experience. If he did not have an answer to one of our questions he immediately got the answer from one of the other employees. The whole process from start to finish was a very positive learning experience for us, and I believe for Gary. We were very fortunate to find the exact car in their inventory that met all our requirements with the exception of heated rear seats with was a no brainer to cross off the list instead of waiting for a couple of months. We were happy to be Gary's first sale after joining Tysinger, and are very satisfied with his follow-up to ensure we are 100% satisfied with our purchase. All in all, this has been a very positive experience for a couple of VERY occasional new car buyers! More

Great Buying Experience-Tysinger Rocked This Sale Saw a used car of interests on line at Tysinger, called, asked if a given price could be met and if so I'd be interested pending a test drive. Got a a call from Mitch Sears a few hours later stating the price could be met and I should come drive it to see if it is a fit. Went down, met Mitch and Pascal Jones, drove the vehicle to ensure it would meet expectations, and it exceeded my expectations, which Mitch proclaimed on the phone it would--yeah, I was skeptical. Mitch and Pascal were up front and reaffirmed the price out the the door was as agreed on the phone. They did the paper work as fast as computers would allow, and we were out of the show room with the car in under 2.5 hours. What did I like ... Mitch and Pascal were both straight forward, stuck to the deal struck over the phone, and it was in fact a very fair price. They were efficient, and friendly. As Mitch noted, the car sold itself. The reality (having been to this rodeo several times in my life) is the sales personnel can make the process cumbersome and try to find ways to get out of a deal or raise the price. They made no effort to change the deal, and I appreciated that greatly; this was amplified by the fact that it was my son's first time buying a car, and he got a 100% positive, low to no pressure experience. Would I recommend Tysinger ... yes, if all their staff are as professional as Mitch and Pascal, which I guess they are but have no way to know--I would recommend them in a heart beat. I'll be in the market for a new car and start looking next year, I'm slow and methodical, but I will start my search with Mitch and Pascal. More
