Kevin never once directed us to another car, even though they were a Hyundai-focused dealer. Despite all this, Kevin knew enough about the Toyota to answer most of our questions (albeit I had done all my research online already). Kevin was always kind and courteous. We never felt pressured with Kevin, which seemed rare in our visits to other dealers. Overall, Kevin was the best part of our experience and were happy to come back a few days later to purchase the car from him. The rest of the dealership experience could have been better, but was probably much better than most. Our biggest complaint was how long we had to wait for everything. Definitely spent 4-5 hours there waiting or signing paperwork (though mostly waiting). My friend had to wait longer at a different dealership, but in my opinion, this is still too long. I definitely had to go find a vending machine. The finance manager was nice enough, but not as friendly as Kevin. No complaints though. Customer service at Tysinger is great. Since they also sell Audi and Mercedes, you tend to get better service. It's company policy to always wash the car inside and out as you're signing paperwork so that it will be ready before you leave. Even better is that because it was raining, they gave us a free wash later in the week (because the rain leaves pollen on the cars). Overall we were very happy with our experience at Tysinger. Kevin was a fantastic salesman, and in the end we got the car we wanted at a great price. More

2014 Hyundai EQUUS Purchase Mitch Sears and Tom Norfleet worked really hard to locate the exact vehicle (EQUUS Ultimate) I wanted. They reached out to several dealerships to sat Mitch Sears and Tom Norfleet worked really hard to locate the exact vehicle (EQUUS Ultimate) I wanted. They reached out to several dealerships to satisfy our desires. I ended up purchasing an EQUUS Signature from their showroom that was the color my wife and I desired. We switched to the Signature because we decided the Ultimate had several options that we’d use very little and thus we didn’t feel the ones we would use justified spending the additional money. When we arrived to accept delivery of the car, Mitch spent so much time going over the features I felt bad because this was time he could have spent with other potential customers (by the way Mitch referred to us as clients). We pointed out some concerns and Mitch documented them and assured us they will be taken care of. Mike Roberts in finance took his time and provided a detailed explanation of the various protection plans available. Again, I can't say enough about how Mitch took care of us from our initial contact through completion of the purchase. I look forward to working with him in the future! Rod Saunders . More
