As a single older woman, I depend on the honesty and trust displayed by service technicians and service managers. I appreciate the complimentary wash and vacuum. I have dealt with Casey VW servicing my 2004 Beetle and the trust was not there. I paid the bill wondering if the repair costs were fair. And then on top of spending $1600 or $842, they do not even feel the need to vacuum the front floor. In their surveys, I have commented how satisfied I am with Tysinger. I lost the Beetle in car accident May 1st and now realize how expensive a German made car can be. However, Beetle Bailey did run well for 10 years until 2013 when repairs started to be needed and in the end, protected me in the accident. I purchased the Durango from Mr Rowe at Tysinger as new. It was a dream come true because I'd visited the Dodge web site. Wanted the color and not a lot of mess on the car like decals and such. There Blue was waiting for me on the lot. And the sales people put me in the car. I truly appreciate it. I just wish Tysinger could have remained a Chrysler/Dodge dealership. Our family has a 1996 Dodge Ram Truck and a 2002 Conversion Van (purchased at Tysinger) that you folks have or remain maintaining them. I am very pleased with the care the service department shows my vehicle. I appreciate the trust I feel when I bring my car in for service/repair. I did not feel that trust with Casey but being a VW, I had to use them. God bless and keep Tysinger prosperous. More

I had come to Tysinger knowing that I wanted to buy a GLK. Rick Smith explained what he had available and pricing for those vehicles. We settled on a vehicle and a price without drama and a lot back and forth and then it was a done deal. Very efficient. More

Wonderful experience ! We started looking for a replacement car on Thursday of last week. We visited Six dealerships on the peninsula before the end of Saturday . On Sunday We started looking for a replacement car on Thursday of last week. We visited Six dealerships on the peninsula before the end of Saturday . On Sunday morning we started again this time on the internet. We found Tysinger had a huge inventory for review . Their web site was user friendly with all the information you'd want. After we reviewing the inventory by mileage then by price we decided on 5 cars that could be what I wanted. We drove to Tysinger on Sunday afternoon , to do a look about. We found the cars we were interested in easily. After checking the 5 cars out we came down to 2. The next morning at 9:45 we returned to Tysinger dealership. James Barge came to us and asked if we had been helped. Our reply " no , but we would like to look at these 2 cars ". He excused himself , to retrieve the keys from the office. Upon his return we test drove the 1st. Car, then we drove the second car. Decision was made we chose the first car. James answer all questions asked and what he could not answer he said he would find out, which he did. We returned to his office . He walked us through all the paperwork with ease. Then he took us to Michael's office for the rest of the paper work. Only one complaint here he talked a little too fast for this 60 year old women, but I understand he had a lot to review with us. After we were done there he took us to meet Jame's who was picking up the car after the finial detailing was complete and filling the tank with fuel. Jame's was there to meet us. He showed us the complete service department and said if we need anything to let him know. The service department was very clean and seemed to be very organize. I would recommend Tysinger dealership in a heart beat to anyone interested in buying a new or used car. I would also recommend James Barge as the sales associate for assistance. More

Good Car Buying Experience This was my first new car purchase. Jarrel contacted me after I requested an online price quote and gave me all the information I asked for. Tom called me later in the day to follow up and talk numbers. After letting them know I had received a pretty good offer from another dealership, the asked me to come sit down to see what they could do. They matched the other dealer's offer and threw in some options that ultimately made Tysinger the better deal. I was happy with the negotiated price, and bought the car within a few days. I had asked for the BonGiovi Digital Powerstation for the vehicle, a $350 option. It was included in the deal. However, Bobby called me about a week after purchase to inform me that that unit was not available for my car, but immediately said he would refund me the total cost of the add-on. Jarrel also offered me a free detailing since I bought the car on Memorial Day and the detailing crew had the day off. I never felt like I needed to ask for anything in order to be satisfied. Whenever there was an issue, Jarrel and Bobby were proactive and had a resolution ready. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received. More
