Purchased Ford F-150 I used USAA Auto Buying Service to purchase my vehicle and Tysinger was identified as a USAA certified dealer. While researching F-150's for sale online, I discovered that Tysinger had a truck that appeared to meet our requirements. As my wife and I got out of our truck to look over the F-150 being advertised, we were greeted by William Carter who immediately went to get the keys. The truck passed our initial visual inspection and William escorted us for the road test, which also met our expectations. We left to check out one other truck that seemed promising. We returned to Tysinger the next day to see if a deal could be made. We knew the no haggle price, but had not received a trade-in offer. Although the truck met our expectations, we would still need to add some additional features (bed cover, spray-on liner, side rails). The goal was to stay under my pre-approved loan amount, but have money left over to get everything we wanted in the truck. Fortunately, William & Paul Westcott were able to work with us on our trade-in value to allow us sufficient enough cash to go out and purchase the additional features we wanted. The truck was immediately taken in for dealer preparation and in no time at all, we were driving out with our new truck. An additional benefit was being able to take care of all the DMV paperwork at Tysinger to include switching the license plates. We were quite happy with the entire process and guarantee we will look to Tysinger the next time we need a vehicle. More

We were in great need for a larger vehicle that would hold three car seats for an upcom We came to Tysinger after seeing an add in the autotrader.com. We were in great need for a larger vehicle that would hold three car seats for an upcoming visit from our toddler grandsons. We had a Toyota Corolla S that simply would not hold three adults and three small children. We had seen a particular vehicle on the auto trader, and were interested in looking at that vehicle as a good starting point.The service we received from Pascal Jones when we arrived at Tysinger was phenomenal! Pascal listened to our needs, found that particular vehicle for us, took it for a test drive, and we were IN LOVE! The vehicle was a perfect fit, so, we completed the paperwork immediately. Pascal worked extra hard to get us the best trade-in for our Toyota, keeping our tight budget in mind, then, got us the best deal we could have ever imagined for the new one! Excellent Service I was very pleased with the service I received at Tysinger. I got an oil change & had my interior detailed. Tysinger sends me coupons all the time so I was very pleased with the service I received at Tysinger. I got an oil change & had my interior detailed.
