They repaired all items identified and covered the costs for the repairs which was nice. The Service center was very friendly in particular Neil Folger. Lastly, since we had to wait for the car to finish Logan Tysinger ordered my family a pizza for our trouble which I thought was a very nice gesture. No dealership that we have ever dealt with has done that for us. We wish this dealership was closer to the Richmond area for we would be using them all the time for our future service. More

We have been Audi enthusiasts for over 15 years and live near Oceana Naval Air Station in Virginia Beach. Getting a better price (which the local Audi dealership wouldn't and didn't try to beat) we purchased all our previous Audis in Florida and drove them back to Virginia Beach. In February 2014 after seeing the Audi Hampton television ad announcing their opening and the opportunity to get concierge service within 50 miles of the dealership we visited the dealership. We were immediately impressed with the building and the number and variety of Audis. There is obvious thought behind presentation of the cars and the selection of the staff. Beginning with Ace, our Brand Specialist, who is passionate about Audis but most of all fulfilling his customers desires within their budget, to Brian Tate, General Sales Manager, who is very active in the buying/leasing process through Alan Staub, Finance, our entire experience was exceptional! These gentlemen, and the dealership, are personable, genuine and refreshingly honest. They guided my wife and I to the right Q5 and made recommendations on leasing vs.buying (we leased). Though it usually takes 90 days for a vehicle to arrive from Germany, Mr. Tate made it happen in less than 60 days. When we decided to aid splash guards to the Q5 after pick-up, Aidan, Audi Service, was accomadting due to a hectic schedule. I am sure with her as our Service Advisor we will always have a well maintained car(s). We were so impressed with our Audi Hampton experience that we returned several months later and leased another automobile. Not to our suprise we received the same genuine, caring attention and service. We have considered many different brands and models, but finally decided Mercedes-Benz GLK would be a good choice. Being a retired NASA engineer and familiar with the Peninsula area, we made a trip to Tysinger Motor Co. last week. Khaled met us in the parking lot and a few hours later we became the proud owner of a 2014 GLK 250 BT.
