Honest and respectful The first thing I'd like to say is I have all the respect in the world for the sales person Karone Johnson. I have never met a sales person like him. I have to add I've been to buy cars at other dealers and gone wih friends and family. Never have I ever dealt with a care salesman with such fortitude as this man. Very honest and humble man who i would recommend to friends and family any day. When I first came to the dealership it was on Saturday 2/17/2018 I drove up and instantly he asked if he could help. We parked and we told him which car we were looking for he found out that car would not be avalible until Thursday. Then asked us if there was another that he could show us. We said we were sold on that particular car and he then said ok;took down our info and said he would make sure he called when it was ready. I have to add once he has respectful and honest the entire time we were there and that itself was new to me. No pushing another sale just understood what we wanted and took the chance that we would be back. So that Thursday he calls me and asks if I was still interested. We start doing as much over the phone and through emails as he can to make it a smoother process when we get there. I get off work nd me and the wife get there nothing has changed same low pressure guy. We do our paperwork and go to Pam Farmer lovely lady who also is very kind and honest low pressure woman. She made it easy and effortless in the process great people. More

However, when it came time to complete my financial paperwork, Sean was the individual who processed my paperwork. He started to discuss one of the salesmans in the Hyundai store, who apparently was African American. I overheard Sean calling this salesman the "n word". I was deeply disturbed by this incident. I was taken back by his language and vulgarity. I plan on writing a formal complaint. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a professional setting. I would never recommend him to anyone I know. More
