Mitch convinced us to bring it to Tysinger for our next regular maintenance, which happened to be the morning before we left for a road trip to Boston. I thought we'd just get an oil change and "trip check" and be on our way. Fortunately, their team discovered a very worn lower ball joint - something that was missed at the "other" dealership when they had it for an oil change and state inspection. I'm convinced the technicians at Tysinger prevented what could have been a very bad experience for our family on this thousand mile round trip. Jon Wallace, the service advisor, quickly made sure they had the part and had the Santa Fe ready within a few hours. We were able to leave on time, travel with peace of mind, and most importantly, returned home safely. Thank you Tysinger! - Mark & Patty Salisbury More

Once sale was done, it seemed like no one really cared about what happened after. The original sale happened on August 11th and my bank still does not have the payoff check for my trade in due to Tysinger not telling me that the bank issuing the new loan did not have all of the paperwork they needed. It has taken 2 phone calls and 1 physical visit spread over 1 1/2 weeks for this issue to start to get resolved but I still do not have the tracking number from the payoff check being mailed off that was promised to me this past Friday so I have doubts whether or not it got sent off. This means that not only will i have to visit Mike again on Tuesday as that is the only way that I can make them take care of the business I paid them for but I will also have to make the payment on my old car to avoid damage to my credit. Still stand behind my original statement of it being a good deal but now I wish I would have gone somewhere else because things started to go downhill once I signed the contract. More

Excellent New Car Experience at Tysinger's After doing my 'homework', reading consumer reviews and looking & comparing 2014 year cars, I felt comfortable with my choice to purchase a new 2014 H After doing my 'homework', reading consumer reviews and looking & comparing 2014 year cars, I felt comfortable with my choice to purchase a new 2014 Hundai Sonata. Reliability, precise engineering, standard & optional features, warranties, passenger comforts and interior & exterior quality were all factors used in establishing my selection. The next step was to select a Hundai dealer from whom to make my purchase. Based on my daughter's satisfactory experience with Tysinger involving her new 'Smart' car, I decided to give them a call. I went to their website to find a phone number and while I was waiting to be connected with a salesperson, I was reading a review of a lady who had bought her new Hundai from Mitch Sears - she commented regarding what a pleasant experience it was - and I thought "Wow! That sounds like a good place to buy a new car!" To my surprise, the salesperson answering said "Hello, this is Mitch Sears." I had the feeling I'd be in good hands - and I was. I explained to Mitch what I wanted, style, color and options and the approximate price I felt comfortable with. He agreed to look through the possible inventory to see if my selection was available and said he'd call right back. He called back in about a half-hour and had not only found the exact combination I'd asked for, he quoted an 'out-of-the-door' price that was significantly lower than I expected! We agreed on a sales price and a sales date (a couple of days later) and did an over-the-phone handshake to seal the deal. During the following days I called/emailed Mitch 2 or 3 times to ask if he could have done some small specific dealer-prep items I thought of and was always met with a 'no problem' response. On the sales day I finally met Mitch (by then we were already friends), essentially, handed over my check, got the car I wanted at the price I was very satisfied with and drove my new Venetian Red Hundai Sonata home!!I don't think there could have been anything Mitch could have done to make this new car buying experience any easier, less complicated, friendlier or more satisfying. There was no hassle or pressure - everyone involved in the sales process was friendly, efficient and courteous. This was truly the ultimate in car-buying experiences!!!! Based on my experiences I can unequivocally endorse car buying at Tysinger's and my new friend, Mitch Sears, as the ultimate salesperson. More
