Horrible Customer Service! Highly unprofessional team....And when I complained to the service manager, La Donna Staton about the service I had received, she laughed about it thr Highly unprofessional team....And when I complained to the service manager, La Donna Staton about the service I had received, she laughed about it throughout. She also spoke over me as I tried to explain the problem, and when I informed her of her rude behavior, she denied it repeatedly, and informed me that her staff has impeccable customer service skills. However, she did admit the receptionist who ate her plate lunch at the counter while checking me out, was indeed out of line. When I asked her to give me the name of the Hyundai Adviser I left my car with, she never told me his name, so I had to go to the website to locate that information. I was quoted a 2 hour wait, but the service went over that by 1-1/2 hours. Jeff never came to the lounge for periodic updates on the service, and later when he saw how upset I was at having to wait for my car that long, he lied that he'd tried to call me. There is no record of a call on my phone, and why would he call when I was seated in the lounge? It was a horrible experience that I hope no one has to endure. More

(3) He didn't overwhelm us with information about the car but instead, he pointed out features that coincided with the features used during the test drive. (4) When we made the decision to purchase the vehicle, he introduced me to the Finance Mgr, and while the paperwork was being processed, he sat in the lobby with me and we conversed about a variety of interesting topics. Once the paperwork was complete, he escorted me to my vehicle and pointed out several other features that would be beneficial to us. In addition, he took me to the Servicing Dept to meet the Green Team rep followed by an appointment for exterior / interior treatments. Lastly - my sales consultant took the time to help us understand the difference between Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes Benz's and those that are not. More

Best Car Salesperson Melissa was great, this was the first time I ever had to purchase a vehicle and she made the experience extremely easy. I had visited a rival company before coming to her and comparing the two would do injustice to Melissa. She was so much better than the other dealership and I knew leaving that I had received a great deal. She took care of everything not only during the sale but also after the sale when I had a few minor things that needed to be addressed.
