When it was time to pick up the vehicle, Valentino insured all my requests were taken care of, even placing my plates on my new car. The processing of the paper work was going great until Mr. Thomas Duckwall had us go into his office. He made me feel as if paying out right for the car and not wanting any of the up-sales was a waste of his time. He actually yelled at two other employees, who I guess were making to much noise for him, to move on, instead of getting up and closing the door. If I hadn't have had such a good experience up until that point I would have taken my check back and left with my old car. I will purchase from Tysinger again, but I won't deal with the one bad apple ever again. More

Mitch was very honest and up-front with us when answering any of our questions. Mitch went out of his way to ensure we were pleased with our decision to purchase another vehicle.
