Service and Polish This was the best service experience I've ever had. Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and introduced to my service manager, Andy. Andy had my car checked inand a loaner vehicle prepared for me in a short 15 minutes! When the work was complete, Andy called to let me know. And when I picked up my vehicle, Andy reviewed the work with me, asked if there was anything else I may need or want and escorted me to the cashier. The cashier was friendly and clearly enjoys her job. Again, I think I was finished in less than 15 minutes after I arrived! I never felt rushed. I felt like I was truly a valued customer! More
