I bought from Lloyd in 2012 (not the Saturn) and he was gracious, understanding of how disgruntled I was to even have to buy a vehicle at that time and gave me room to make a decision. I enjoyed my experience with him, remembered him and was compelled to visit him again in Sept 2018 simply to see what kind of a deal was possible for me at this time. I got the same experience and he was able to easily structure a deal on a new vehicle. Finance manager Pam Fisher is also a joy to work with. More
Avoid this dealership I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership. The first was ordered at the dealership and when they called me to come pick it up the vehic I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership. The first was ordered at the dealership and when they called me to come pick it up the vehicle that they had for delivery was not the one that I ordered. It was a minor difference so I took delivery of the vehicle with their "sincere" apologies.. I should have learned from this experience what I was dealing with. Several years later I ordered a Genesis from Tysinger. I received a call from the dealership to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived the next day, the vehicle was not ready and I waited 4 hours plus in the showroom for them to finish prepping the delivery. The vehicle was a lemon from the start and each time I would send it back for warranty repairs they would never address the problems. The same issues (more than one) were presented to them at least 4 times during the warranty period. Now, with only a limited number of miles left on the warranty, Tysinger is tellling me they can't fix them (most recently they had my vehicle for 9 days to address these issues). I will never purchase a vehicle from them again and encourage anyone reading this to do the same or you will likely find yourself in the same situation. Don't trust Mark Tysinger on the commercials - you won't enjoy purchasing a car from them.... More

This was my second purchase of a new Hyundai from Tysinger Motor Company, the first being a new Elantra in February of 2016. Pam Farmer was the finance/paper work specialist, and she was excellent. I received the lowest possible financing interest rate. Corey Wilson was the salesperson I worked with and he was also exceptional. He answered all my questions quickly and correctly, found us the perfect car and did not pressure us to buy something that was more upscale than we wanted. Excellent salesman and I would recommend to everyone who wants quick accurate professional service. All in all the Dealership is an outstanding place to buy a car. More

This was our 5th purchase from Tysinger and I can honestly say that this experience surpassed all previous visits. My daughter was in a terrible accident which totaled her car. Mrs. Farmer took hours of her time to ensure that my daughter received the best possible rate from the best lender! Because my daughter's situation was unique, she took time to personally speak with the lender options to ensure that my daughter's interests were protected. We are truly grateful for her and Tysinger for taking excellent care of us. We will remain customers for many years to come! More
Not your normal car buying experience!! I walked into the dealership last year and met JP the manager, very well versed in the vehicles at the dealership and others beyond that. He never played any games with me and it was very much appreciated. Because of that this year I decided to come to the dealership again and buy my next vehicle. He introduced me to Hunter which was a very nice guy also no xx and not pushy. Test drove the car and found out I loved everything about it so we started working on the monetary side and they worked with me every step of the way to the best of their ability. Between the two of them, they made the experience very painless and very pleasurable. Thank you both and everyone that I met at the dealership for a great experience and an awesome car. I'll be here next year to get my next vehicle. More
Great if you like paying extra We purchased our Mercedes Sprinter for our business not realizing that everything cost triple what a normal van would cost to service. We scheduled a We purchased our Mercedes Sprinter for our business not realizing that everything cost triple what a normal van would cost to service. We scheduled a oil change expecting it to be a little over $300. The service adviser had our employee sign a work order for $675.00 even though he was asked to call if the service required anything more than an oil change. Our office was told that they could not tell us what service was needed by the mileage of around 20k. They were specifically asked to call us with a price once they had the vehicle. Upon arrival, a oil change, fuel filter, wiper blades, and tightening u bolt's ( something that should be covered under the 36,000 bumper to bumper) added up to $675.00 yet we received no call. They had our employee sign the work order and began to proceed with the work not authorized by the owner on the work order. I was lucky enough that I was able to stop them before doing the work. After voicing my opinion of $175.00 in parts costing $675.00 to install , the service adviser told me that I obviously did not hear him say that they were changing the fuel filter and the wiper blades. I was TOLD to wait outside until they brought it up. Once brought up I was told I had to come back inside and sign something to get my keys back. Then I was told after commenting about the prices again, " Well our business is flourishing which is obviously not the case for some people." At that point I gave my spare key to my tech and told him to go ahead and leave. I asked again for my key and was told I could either sign his invoice or he has the one for $645.00 ( after a $30 coupon we had ) that my employee signed. I told him I guess I can get my key back in court and left. The Sprinter is a great van but Mercedes didn't think about small business when they built it. Anything that requires $300 oil changes, and $375 worth of fuel filter, wiper blades ( not needed) and bolts tightened at 20k miles isn't built for the working man. I am guessing Tysinger is the perfect place for folks that don't look at their bills and have come to expect the higher ownership cost that comes with Mercedes. When Mercedes launched their ad campaign with something to the effect of "ready to work" as a slogan, I guess they meant you better be "ready to work" so that you can pay their service fees and for the court cost to get your keys back. I don't think that Mercedes is a good fit for small business. It was okay that they dropped the ball after being specifically asked to call if there was anything else needed. It was okay that they made an assumption that someone with an entirely different name than the name on the repair order was authorized to sign for more than double the requested work. However when the responsible person ( me) takes issue with you not doing your job and essentially tip toeing across the line of breaking the law ( VAC 59.1-207.3 ) save yourself the trouble and hand him his keys and apologize for the mix up.
