He was the reason I initially purchased the car at Tysinger. Ernie assisted in finances and worked diligently to get me the best deal within my budget. He took the extra time to ensure I chose the best financial institution. It was a snowy day, so I came back a few days later for the final cleaning of my new vehicle. The ENTIRE team greeted me with open arms and by the end I knew something about everyone there. They all took a vested interest in my well being and made me feel like a valued customer. Preception Is EVERYTHING!!! I must say Tysinger EXCEEDED my expectations. Because I have a background in the auto industry I too was skeptical about going to purchase a vehicle. I must say Tysinger EXCEEDED my expectations. Because I have a background in the auto industry I too was skeptical about going to purchase a vehicle. So I'm no stranger to the upfront or behind the scene shenanigans that can go on in dealerships. I went online to look at several sites, dealers, and private owner vehicles. I also tried to be proactive and go to my bank to have the loan process done. I continued to shop around and search for mid-size cars or maybe a SUV online until I saw a cute Pacifica on the Tysinger website. I called the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available and if so I wanted to test drive it. My original plan was to shop around the following week when I had a whole day to make a decision. Well it was a Thursday and when I was connected to Mr. James Barge he asked me to come on in just to see if I liked the vehicle and get a feel for it. Since I had a couple hours before having to be at work I agreed. After test driving the Pacifica I felt like a "soccer mom" (no offense to them) but I'm a single mom of a teenage girl. There was no use for all that space. So I was about to leave and just continue with my original plan. Mr. Barge insisted that he had something I may like. I decided to give him a chance to prove himself. AND THAT HE DID!!! He pulled up a blue Chrysler 300 limited with all the sass and class I needed to match my personality. I fell in love IMMEDIATELY. But I still had to take it for a spin to see how it drove. "OOOHHHH YEA this was it!" I sad out loud. I am now a new mother of the that beautiful baby and proud of it. Any question I had for Mike (my finance manager) or James (salesman) or Charlie (service advisor) they did not hesitate to answer or find me an answer. That's what set you guys apart!!!!
