I was just in for an annual vehicle inspection but I received so much more service that expected. First, I was impressed about the (new to me) walk around inspection of my RS5 to make sure we were both aware of any blemishes; and we were. Second, the service tech's multi-point inspection was reassuring to me that all the fluids and tire pressure checks were made; something I am not good about doing on a routine basis. And finally, how great is it to get your car back freshly washed and wiped down? Great job Jeff and Tysinger Service Dept! More

Everyone involved in my purchase - Shelton, Ernie and Frank - went out of their way to make my husband and I feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and respected our time more so than any other dealer I've dealt with. They were all friendly, honest and laid back...it was definitely different than any other car buying experience I've had in the past.
