Mitch was a no-nonsense salesman, who told me all of the details about the vehicle upfront, and was very honest about the vehicle and the entire sales process. Mitch helped me purchase a used car that I had found online, of which he didn't have much prior knowledge about the make, but did the best of his ability and knew the necessary information, and there's not doubt in my mind that he's a top Hyundai salesman based on my experience. I went in originally and worked with another salesman, he was not so good at calling me back. Discussing my interest in a Hyundai a couple co-workers mentioned that Mitch Sears was an all-star. Went back in and asked for Mitch, he was out for the day on a Saturday, so they lined me up with James Barge (also a great guy to work with). Mitch called me 1st thing Monday and kept in contact with me multiple times over the following week. They received the car I wanted from another dealership, detailed it, and ordered a different part than what came on it standard. I was there for roughly 2 hours doing paperwork and they shuttled me to work and offered to pick me up while the new mirror is installed. Throughout the looking and buying process Mitch excelled at everything possible. I also dealt with Bobby Walters, the sales manager, whom looked out for me (the customer) and made sure I left happy. He submitted an internet inquiry and Barry Gary was the salesman that responded. He have us a good quote for the cars at which we were looking and told us that he could probably make a trade-in on the truck that we'd accept. Barry called Mike and asked us to come visit. We didn't think we could come before Tuesday, April 7, 2015, but Barry called each day to see if we were still interested - and when he called Monday we asked if the cars and the quotes were still available and he said they were. We left Cape Charles on Tuesday morning, not even positive we'd be purchasing today. When we arrived at the dealership we saw both cars. I looked at one, then the other, and I knew which one I wanted. A salesman approached and asked if we needed help and Mike asked for Barry. He showed right up, smiling and ready to go. He offered to get keys to both and let us drive them. After "eyeballing" the 2 vehicles, I'd already decided which one I wanted. We drove it and knew it was the right car!! He is so courteous and professional. We went inside to begin the paperwork and he said, "Mrs Gayle, I knew you were going to pick that car - I saw it in your eyes!" He was right. We went through all the paperwork, he turned us over to the finance manager - a right nice lady in her own right - and waited outside for us to get our tags and put them on for us. We took a picture together, he went to shake my hand and I said, "Nope, need a hug!" We headed out, and we talked about how great the car was the whole way home. Great dealership, AWESOME salesman. Not only did he get us a much lower cost then Tru Car but he also beat the interest rate that USA had quoted by over 2 percent. He met all of our needs and was able to secure me the brand new 2015 Genesis R-Spec model shipped in 3 days! The car looked pristine and we left with it that same nighg. Bobby Walters gave us a great deal on 2 features that would cover rims tires and dings/dents! This happened all within our price range. Not a single Hyundai Dealership around could match the cost from Tysinger which was about 1700 dollars less then it's competitive dealers. I would highly recommend to a friend!
