Wasn't "The best or nothing" Shame on me for not discovering “DealerRater” prior to my purchase in April 2015. Nevertheless, I have my dream car and Tysinger's poor customer service will not overshadow my joy! I have purposely left out specific details of my dispute in order to stay focused on their poor customer support after the purchase. There was a breakdown in Tysinger's process which began at my delivery and still has not been resolved after 45 days. My salesman apologized several times, but nothing has changed ...but the calendar! My one and only experience with the dealership's management was a jolt to my 30+ years of sociology studies and human resource background. Whether incompetent or willfully ignorant, these people could easily be accused of stereotypical “profiling.” I believe I was given the service they thought I deserved. The service I was given would not be acceptable for them of their family members. In the future, I will definitely consider this type of website as a tool or guide in my purchase. It is clear that some of the Hampton location salesmen (K. Johnson, Sears, Gary) names are regulars and repeats as they are highly praised by their customers. In all fairness, I have not found any (positive or negative) reviews on my salesman. My false expectations and assumptions about making purchases from a Fortune 500 Company have turned this into a real learning experience. I've spoken with several polite and courteous Mercedes corporate staff members; seeking their assistance in resolving these matters, to no avail. Their sincere loyalty to their employer and brand is evident. They did not trivialize my issues. Unfortunately, Mercedes has limited control over individual dealerships. As far as my next Mercedes, I will have to drop the top on my beautiful white SLK 250 and drive to a different dealership. I shared my experience with my neighbors and they chose to make their purchase in Virginia Beach (which also belongs to the Tysinger Group). Of course, my meager payments to the Tysinger Group will not be missed . However, I will feel better knowing the income for which I wore my combat boots for 21+ years will not be credited to people who don't even live up to their own corporation's standard. More

While we were there the staff always offered snacks, tea coffee and water to make us feel comfortable, it was overall an amazing experience.
