Get a 2nd Opinion on Required Maintenance I wrote a review from recent service visit and it seems to have been 'hidden.' I suspect Tysinger doesnt want the truth to be told. Service Manager was rude and technician indicated service that was not needed. Luckily for me, I did not get it serviced by Tysinger. I didnt buy my vehicle from them either because they attempted to lowball me on the price. I was not in desperation for a vehicle and was able to walk away. I got my 2013 MB GLK VA Beach in 2012 and still looks brand new. Tysinger's business practices are not always on the up and up. I went to an honest dealer and got my vehicle serviced. Much lower priced, full review of needed service and the maintenance Tysinger said I needed was NOT REQUIRED! Save your money and go elsewhere! Matthew tried to 'fix' the bad experience, but it's too late once you know they have been dishonest about servicing your vehicle. First time...shame on them....2nd time...shame on you. More
Horrible experience, Poor customer service I have had nothing but problems with my 2016 Smart and it seems like I am getting blamed by the service dept. for problems with the car. I have taken the car to be serviced 3 times for Gas gauge and gas smell problems. The Gas tank has been replaced and I am still having problems. I drove 3 weeks with the gas gauge reading a full tank, I went over 250 miles. When I bought the car in 2016 there was something in the USB port, I tried to get it fixed and I was scolded with the fact that I should have said something before I bought the vehicle, which I did. It seems Tysinger does not stand behind their product. More

It is now 5:11 pm, and we are still here. We have already paid for the car. Still, nobody has come to see us. We just want to sign and leave. We were told that the car would be filled up and the tags would be put on. Well, people are just sitting here and none of those things are happening. This is not hard to do. If it needs to be done, do it. The most frustrating car buying experience of my life. More

Online, on Tysinger website, I found a Porsche Cayenne I was interested in viewing. Brandis contacted me ASAP to set up an appointment. She was very nice. I was super nervous because all other car dealerships I’ve been to tried to sell me a piece of junk or their prices were outrages. I’ve tried several times in the past year to purchase a car and Was never successful. Brandis set me up with a VIP appointment to view the Porsche. My salesperson was Tim. Tim was a gift sent from heaven! He was honest with me, very knowledgeable about the Porsche, he was patient, and most importantly kind. He valued my opinion and I valued his. He didn’t make me feel pressured and he answered all the questions I had. I knew I was in good hands. Nate was my financial specialist. He was very thorough in the information he provided while having a great sense of humor. Buying a car can be stressful so laughing decreased my anxiety tremendously! This process went so smooth! These guys took great care of me. I have not been happier! I will refer anyone I know looking to purchase a car to these guys! More

They knew I was the type that did my research and figured out my numbers ahead of time and gave me the straight forward approach. I've dealt with other dealers before that showed me very little respect for my preparation coming into the dealer and therefore made me not want to do business with them. After a couple of visits, I felt more like a friend/family member coming back in. Throughout the last year, I have gotten great service every time I needed to come in. I would want to work with these guys any time when it comes to this business. More
