Horrible experience after purchasing our vehicle Initial we had a great experience with Tysinger. Our salesman was helpful and the staff was quick and courteous. However, after signing on the dotte Initial we had a great experience with Tysinger. Our salesman was helpful and the staff was quick and courteous. However, after signing on the dotted line the difficulties have been unlimited. We have been mislead, misinformed and straight lied to on multiple occasions. Currently they are holding almost $600 of our money ransom because their financial person filled out our paperwork wrong and as a result we have had to make an additional car payment on a supposedly paid off car. We have also had to make multiple trips from Williamsburg to attempt to rectify the situation. Completely unacceptable business practices and I will never be returning to this establishment. More

Enjoyable no-pressure car buying experience I recently bought a new truck from the certified pre-owned department at Tysinger. I had sent an interest form in online and within about 30 minutes t I recently bought a new truck from the certified pre-owned department at Tysinger. I had sent an interest form in online and within about 30 minutes the salesman Karone called me to set up a time for me to come look at the truck. When I got there he was very respectful and worked with me for about two and half hours while I tried to decide whether I wanted the vehicle or not. I had been searching for quite some time before I found this truck at Tysinger and I had dealt with several other dealerships and salesman and I did not have any good experiences. At Tysinger with Karone it was a great experience. He did not pressure me at all to purchase the vehicle he told me everything he knew about it then left it up to me to decide. Also I asked him several questions about the truck and the very few he did not know the answer to he researched for me and found an answer instead of just making something up. I have a degree in mechanical engineering so I had a good idea about the mechanical status of this truck and would know if he was making something up like so many other salesman at other dealerships had done before. Instead he told me what he did and did not know and found the honest answers to everything I asked. It was nice to see that he was putting in the effort and giving me honest answers. There were a few minor stains in the seats that I told I had a problem with and he placed sticky notes where they were and had the detailing shop get them out. He was also a very social-able guy and could relate to my hesitations on certain things about the purchase because of our closeness in age. A few days later he followed up with me checking on the truck also. Overall a great buying experience and a great salesman Tysinger is very lucky to have. More

We were able to interact with Mitch on an almost friend basis, while maintaining professionalism and that took the stress out of the equation. We were also able to take the car to our mechanic, which is a big selling point to me, especially for a used vehicle.
