More importantly, Karone was great at really listening as I detailed everything that I was looking for in a vehicle. The whole process actually took several days, giving me time to take home/test drive two different cars and to decide what worked best for me. In the end, Karone matched me up to the perfect CPO vehicle, which met everything on my wish list and at a price that was well within my budget. I could not be happier and so thankful to Karone for taking the time to work with me and give me great guidance throughout the process . You're the best! More

This was n Barry Gary was over the top! He was professional, attentive to my needs and wants in a vehicle, and knowledgable about vehicles in general! This was not my first dealership experience but it was by far the very best. At no point did I feel like I was buying from a "car salesman", it was more like I was buying from my dad. Barry made sure that I not only got a vehicle which would suit me and my life, but made sure I understood all the paperwork and vehicle's features. More

We came in looking for Today we purchased a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. We actually started our buying experience with Tysinger Hyundai yesterday evening. We came in looking for a used car. Barry met us and addressed our needs and requests. He was friendly and not overbearing or pushy. After looking at a couple used cars Barry suggested we could get into a new car for the same price or cheaper than the used Hyundai's we were looking at. Barry was able to find us a vehicle that met our needs exactly. Barry and Chris Hicks was able to get the price to where we wanted to be and the word no was never in their vocabulary. Barry did not pressure us in any was to make the deal right there and then but allowed us to drive the car overnight. This morning when we returned Barry was ready to get to work. Again he was very friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The entire buying process was wonderful. If the service department lives up to the same high standards of service as Barry Gary and Chris Hicks, Tysinger will be where our next new vehicle is purchased from. The only negative I can say is we paid $1.73 more per month than we wanted to but hey, we got a great deal from a great guy with a very good low term interest rate. More

We received $250 off for military but we had another certificate for another $100 off but Tysinger would only allow one discount. The car we purchase is 5 years old and we noticed stains on the seats inside the car and scratches on the outside of the car. We were told by Mitch Sears, our car sales person, that the car came as is since that is how the price is kept "so low". After asking a couple of times, Mitch did ask the manager about getting the seats cleaned as part of the sale. Once we got home, my husband sat in the back seat so that our daughter, who is learning to drive, could drive. My husband noticed that the car has red stains on the carpet in the back seat. The red stain also goes under the front passenger seat. We had not sat in the back seat. Mitch sat in the back seat. He must have seen the red carpet stains. Once Tysinger called us to schedule the cleaning of the backseat stains, I asked about getting the carpet cleaned as well. The person scheduling the service called Mitch to see if the carpets could be cleaned also. Mitch said "no" so I guess that I am left with red stains in the carpet. My advice, if you buy from this dealership, is to do a through exam of the inside as well as the outside. Be sure to sit in the front and in the back seats. You may or may not get what you request as part of the sale. More

My wife and I were in the market for a pre owned vehicle which model quickly becoming a very desirable vehicle in terms of bang for your buck. We worked with Barry Gary, and believe me-he gets all 5 stars. Hands down. But like most consumers these days, we needed the incentives (offered), the quality pre owned vehicle (also many available here), and the best pricing(that's where we lost the sale). This is a very nice dealership, and we were taken care of very well, but when it came time to work hard numbers, the sales manager would only come off 300$ from the advertised price. I absolutely understand that this is a business, and things have to bend- but if this team offered a huge deal on this particular vehicle for trade in, it equaled less in savings for the next purchaser. I do recommend this dealer, and will give them an honest second shot when the time comes, but-the same exact vehicle was priced around the corner(down to practically the exact same mileage) for 1700$ less. We just wanted to meet in the middle. The same night we ended up purchasing the same vehicle, 1 model year newer, with only 10k more miles, for the price we wanted to reach at Tysinger. Great dealership, just need to work on the bottom line. More
excited and impressed turned to let down to bait and switch Very disappointed with the way things went at the dealership. I was put into a vehicle being told financing was in place only to be told a week later Very disappointed with the way things went at the dealership. I was put into a vehicle being told financing was in place only to be told a week later they couldn't get financing for me. I was then told by Lifelock my credit had fallen almost 60pts due to my credit being shot gunned to 14 different banks. This is not a way to due business at all. Myaren't us to buy at Tysinger. Not any more. My salesman Karone Johnson was great and Chris was pleasurable. More

The condition of the 2010 Santa Fe was remarkable. This was the fourth vehicle we have purchased at Tysinger (three Hyundais and a Smart Car) and we have appreciated the value of them all. The Service department has always been outstanding and we look forward to a continuing relationship. More
Lack of professionalism I ordered a custom build Mercedes S-550 in early May. I was told that Tysinger had a delivery date for a new order of June 30. two weeks after the order was input I called the salesman, Nathan Cummings and confirmed that the order was accepted by MB and that we had no problems with the order. Two weeks before the scheduled delivery date I call the "Finance Manager", Melissa Gary to request some financing options, she said i would hear back from her in an hour or so, I never heard from her again. I did not hear from the dealership until July 2, when I called to ask when I could pick up my car. The salesman said that he would have to check on it, because the order did not show a delivery date??? Not hearing back from the salesperson by the next day, I called the sales manager, Keith McCullers and left a message for a callback, nothing. That evening I received a call from the salesman informing me that my order had been canceled because a color I ordered would not be available until September! Mercedes updates their order stream daily with information about custom builds, my order was never accepted, obviously. I would not buy a car from the Tysinger Group if they were the only dealer in Virginia. More
Easy and satisfying experience. Mitch Sears was very helpful from the beginning. He was able to provide answers about a vehicle that was used and not a make that Tysinger sells. He Mitch Sears was very helpful from the beginning. He was able to provide answers about a vehicle that was used and not a make that Tysinger sells. He also worked to get us the best deal on the vehicle knowing that it would eventually belong to my daughter who would begin making payments once she finishes school. I would not hesitate to do business with any of the sales staff at Tysinger as all I met there seemed genuinely interested in providing us with the best service possible. More
