No call back on appointment Called and went on line to schedule an appointment for my Mercedes. 1st Time Car Buyer I chose Tysinger as 1 of 2 available options for Audi dealers in Hampton Roads after reading positive reviews and hearing of their Valet Service. As a I chose Tysinger as 1 of 2 available options for Audi dealers in Hampton Roads after reading positive reviews and hearing of their Valet Service. As a first time car buyer and going in solo, I was very cautious and guarded in my approach. The "Tysinger Campus" is as impressive as the auto manufacturers that they represent. The facility is comfortable, clean, and visually stunning. I was offered coffee, water, and snacks as I lounged in a modern, leather chair and watched HGTV. John Privett walked me through my test drive of a 2016 Audi A3, highlighting the features and luxuries, while sharing experiences of his own Audi. Rashan Taliaferro provided assurance and empathy while I deliberated "the numbers" and the implications of buying a new car. They allowed me to focus on my target vehicle purchase price rather than my "goal payment" or how much I could put down. Finance Manager Ray Durham was endlessly patient as we went over financing, warranties, service options, and more for several hours and in great detail. I felt that everyone involved in my experience was transparent and truly genuine - both in their enthusiasm for the brand and in their desire to achieve my satisfaction. Going in, I knew that it was more important to leave with the right car at the wrong price, than to leave with the wrong car at the "right" price. But I'm very glad to say that I got an awesome car at a price that I am still bragging about. Looking forward to when Tysinger valet picks up my car for its 5,000 mile service appointment. More

Treated like a criminal by Nathan Cummings Nathan Cummings wanted me to sign paper work with the finance manager before I could test drive the car . When I asked him for the vehicle key, his ex Nathan Cummings wanted me to sign paper work with the finance manager before I could test drive the car . When I asked him for the vehicle key, his exact quote to me was "they want me to hold on to the key" as if I would steal a car with no tags and drive back three hours because that is how long it took me to get there. I will never go back to the dealership again. Nathan Cummings gives the company a bad name and for the Mercedes brand. His manager offered no kind of soulution after l called to complain . All he told me was to come back and buy the car because another customer was interested in the vehicle . Classic cheap salesman line. Your appearance sends a statement Tysinger manager, please take better care of diet and physical image . You are a disgrace to mankind . Sloppy in every way . When a customer complains, they are giving you a second chance to rectify your wrong. These people still have not called to apologize for the poor treatment . More
