I was sold a lemon Smart Car. The Smart Car I bought from Tysinger keeps stalling and breaking down. I was nearly killed on August 29, 2016 going to work due to a faulty gas tank. The Smart Car I bought from Tysinger keeps stalling and breaking down. I was nearly killed on August 29, 2016 going to work due to a faulty gas tank. The car broke down again this morning and is still stalling, still leaking gas. Darrell at Mercedes told me that I am the fourth owner of this car and that all the previous owners had the same problem I am having with the engine and gas tank. Tysinger keeps telling me to bring the car by the dealership, but it is hard when the car keeps stalling. I have had nothing but problems with this car since I bought it and Tysinger does not care.
