Our salesman, Mitch Sears, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and unpressured. He helped us find the right car and get a great deal - with no hassles. We had bought a Dodge truck from Tysinger years ago and were glad to see it's still a first-class dealership. We're happy they now have Hyundai cars and a first-class salesman in Mitch Sears. More
I took my car here for regular maintenance and in the course of 2 days I was given 3 different prices after they had my car. In the end I ended up paying almost $1000 for something that should not have cost more than $400. My husband has forbidden me to ever go back because this happened last year as well. They charged us $1300 for a problem with the transmission that I believe they knew about earlier because I had just taken my car they a month earlier and as far as the performance didn't notice any difference before the problem. I believe they didn't say anything because at the time I was under warranty. I went back this time for a simple service so I never dreamed it could happen again. I will never take my car there again and I wish I had listened to my husband the first time. More

I brought my 2008 ram truck in to have a remote start installed. I was told it would take about 2 hours. It took them 10 DAYS to install a remote start. The Mechanic notes we received when we picked u installed. I was told it would take about 2 hours. It took them 10 DAYS to install a remote start. The Mechanic notes we received when we picked up the truck "Said they couldn't figure out how to get the computer system in the truck to work once they installed the remote start." The mechanics guessed at how to fix it. They lied to us and said someone was coming in from Detroit to fix it. When I called Dodge headquarters, they knew nothing of the problem. Take your vehicle here at your own risk. More
I am so sick of this place that I cringe before I have to go. I purchased my car from them new in 2001. Dring the warranty period, of course I was more than pleased. However, since the warranty has been u go. I purchased my car from them new in 2001. Dring the warranty period, of course I was more than pleased. However, since the warranty has been up they have been sticking it to me every which way they can. From $1300 for a Service B inspection/oil change. To a $250 key (the part was $75 the labor is $175 (I watched them and it took 20 minutes to synchronize and that was because the guy didn't know what he was doing). I am not just griping, I was expecting high bills for service when I bought a mercedes, but when they look like they are just pulling prices out of the air. I can't help but see red. I have yet to pay less than $500 when I take it for a Service A (an oil change), a state inspection, or any other silly thing with the stupid warning lights go off. Today, I have decided to get rid of my mercedes and definitely get a Infiniti/Acura/Cadillac/BMW anything but... Because I was just charged $240 for a battery plus the labor to put it in. WHAT????? I just can't trust them to be honest and the mercedes has too many problems to continue to pay $500 to $1500 every few months. More
Never seemed to fix the problem. Service writer was okay. After 4 years of dealing with unsatisfactory service, we sold both Mercedes and went to BMW. Had little to do with the quality of car manufac okay. After 4 years of dealing with unsatisfactory service, we sold both Mercedes and went to BMW. Had little to do with the quality of car manufacturer all all to do with rotten service and management that seemed indifferent. Casey sevice is quantumly better than Tysinger. More
I recently made an appointment to have my vehicle services at the Mercedes service department with the blue team. On the day of my service appointment I brought my vehicle in 15 minutes before the services at the Mercedes service department with the blue team. On the day of my service appointment I brought my vehicle in 15 minutes before the schedule time. I quickly found out that the appointment had not been made on the original phone call to the service department. During this time I spoke to the service department about fixing the seat belt and notified them that I had just purchased new mats for the car. I requested to have the floor boards cleaned before placing the new mats down. I specifically told the service department if they could not clean the floor then not to put the new floor mats down that I would have it done myself later. Prior to bringing my car in for service I had contacted the dealership to obtain a rental vehicle while my car was being serviced. I was told that I would receive a call about my request for a Mercedes to rent. I never received a phone call from them. Once my car was taken in for service I had to wait over 30 minutes for a rental car that was not clean. I refused to take the rental car and made my concerns known to service manager. The work that was done on my vehicle took the service department 6 hours to complete. In addition, I was not contacted when the work had been completed. When I picked up the vehicle they has completely disregarded my instructions and put the new mats over dirty floor boards. I would rate there overall service department and customer service skills as extremely poor. More
