MY COMPLAINT IS THE FOLLOWING, AFTER WAITIN 4-28-2010 I, JOYCE PENNY, CAME IN AT 9:20, TO RECEIVE, OIL CHANGE AND INSPECTION. IT TOOK THRE E HOURS. MY COMPLAINT IS THE FOLLOWING, AFTER WAITIN FOR AN HOUR, I ASKED RAY, WHAT WAS GOING ON, HE STATED THAT THE OIL CHANGE WAS FINISH AND NOW THEY WERE DOING THE INSPECTION, SO I'M THINKING I WILL BE OUT BY 11:OO, NO. I WAIT MOR TIME AND GO ASK AGAIN NOW, I"M INFORMED THAT THEY ARE WASHING MY TRUCK{2003- DAKATO}, IN THE MEAN TIME AFTER ARRIVING AT 9:20, EVERY ONE THAT WAS THERE , IS NOW GONE, NEW CUSTOMER HAVE CAME AND ARE NOW GONE, I'S STILL WAITING. SO,AT 11:35, I SEE MY TRUCK, I'M HAPPY, MY BILL IS 68.00 FOR INSPECTION AND OIL CHANGE, REPLCEMENT OF THIRD BRAKE LAMP{3.00 PARTS-17.99 LABOR}, I GET IN MY TRUCK AND START TO LEAVE. i GOT TO THE STOP SIGN AND NOTICE THAT MY REAR VIEW MIRROR ON THE DRIVER SIDE IS BROKEN. NOW, NO ONE SAID A WORD TO ME ABOUT BREAKING MY MIRROR. AND IF THE PROBLEM WAS THERE BEFORE HAND IT WOULDN'T HAVE PASS INSPECTION. I AM COMING TODAY TO HAVE MY MIRROR REPLACED, BUT THE ISSUE IS-THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY BAD, I FEEL THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED ABOUT THE CONDITION OF MY TRUCK, INSTEAD OF ME NOTICING IT.I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TIME, SERVICE LIKE THIS I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED AT ANOTHER LOCATION, NOT HAVING THE REPUTATION AS TYSINGER DODGE. I actually went to another Hyundai dealership while shopping for a new vehicle but ended up back at Tysinger for the best price and best customer service. When I left, I felt like I got a great car, at a great price and had a great expriece. I left feeling happy about my purchase and would recommend Mitch Sears to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai. My husband and I visited this dealership as it is the closest Hyundai dealership to our home. When we arrived we were greeted by John Strickler. John is a down-to-earth person and really cares about closest Hyundai dealership to our home. When we arrived we were greeted by John Strickler. John is a down-to-earth person and really cares about his customer. We can honestly say, this was the best buying experience we have had. John did not have to sell us on Hyundai as we had done our research and our daugher has had a Hyundai since 2002. We told John we had narrowed down our choices to the Altima and the Hyundai. At no time did he bad-mouth the competition or uses phrases like the Hyundai has this and the Altima does not. This was a plus for John. We test drove the 2010 Sonata SE but then asked to test drive the 2011 to see if there was really a difference in the redesign of the car. We fell in love with 2011 - John and his manager searched to find the 2011 Sonata SE in Pacific Blue - as the SE was more in our price range. While this took some time, at no time did we feel deserted. While the SE in our color choice could not found nor an estimated date when one would be rolling off the assembly line, we appreciated the time and effort spent to meet our wish. At the end of the day, we were offered two price sheets - one for the SE, in an alternate color, and another for the Limited in the Pacific Blue. The prices were so close, we opted to take the Limtied - lot more bells and whistles for not much difference in price. The best part was, there was no pricing games like other dealers. If you are interested in a Hyundai - regardless of the year or model, and want a down-to-earth sales person who is a people person and really cares about his customers, go to Tysinger and ask for John Strickler More

They worked late on two separate occasions -- once to show us different options and give us a test drive and the next day to deliver the vehicle to us when we needed it. I was very impressed and extremely satisfied with my experience there and I will definitely go back when we need another vehicle. More
