This must of been the most open and straight forward vehicle purchase I've ever made. I did an exceptional amount of research prior to visiting the dealership. I was offered more for my trade then I actually expected and was still able to get a little more with minimal haggling. The price of the vehicle was fair right off the cuff and all information was provided quickly and in an open and friendly manner. I had some questions regarding leasing and Shak (new car sale manager) was able to contact the Hyundai representative to answer questions that he could not answer with confidence. I was taken to the service center to meet the service manager and was able to get fast friendly and detailed information that I wanted. I asked an extreme amount questions, nothing was hidden from me and they were all always courteous. If Mike (sales man) couldn't answer my question he found someone who could. Ultimately I left the dealership happy and confident with a new vehicle. I'd recommend Tysinger and am so happy with the experience I'm glad to have a Tysinger license plate frame, which I'd normally never where advertisement. More

I also found Dhruv Barot to be an honest and hard working salesman. He was knowledgeable and congenial. All sales persons, managers in the sales department, and all persons associated with the service department were polite, helpful and very friendly. My husband and I visited the dealership intending to purchase a certified/preowned Mercedes. I had intended to upgrade and trade in my 2002 ML320. Keith McCullers politely met us at the door and provided us with THE BEST Certified Advisor!! John Atkinson was friendly, polite, and most of all HONEST. He had a profound knowledge of the vehicles and was able to provide historical information regarding the difference in the various models from year to year. He KNOWS his stuff!! We ended up with a new ML350. John was not overbearing or pushy at all (which we very much appreciated). He sincerely answered our questions, patiently waited,allowed us time to think/discuss the information and to arrive at our own decisions. Even the business/paperwork aspect was smooth and professional. Mr. Atkinson also took the time to patiently review the different options inside and outside of the vehicle and offered to refresh our memories and reteach different technical functions to us later. He made a follow-up telephone call to us a few days after the purchase and assisted with even more questions. I've purchased many vehicles but have never received such courteous and professonal service as I recently received while visiting Tysinger! Thank you so much for ensuring your staff has the skills, patience, knowledge, and wisdom to know when to allow customers to breath and digest information provided in order to make sound rational decisions. No one likes to wait and it did take about 5 hours to go through the whole process. There were quite a few people standing around and a lot of customers waiting as there was only one finance manager. However, Bobby was great...and he worked hard to get me the car I wanted. I wish it had some more features, but that is not their fault. Bobby is an excellent representative, and I would work with him again. More
I went in for an engine service light. I had had a recent oil change elsewhere, and the incorrect amount was put in. So that was an easy fix. The technician, also reported bad tires, bad battery, bad cam sha oil change elsewhere, and the incorrect amount was put in. So that was an easy fix. The technician, also reported bad tires, bad battery, bad cam shaft, and a bad computer that controls the instruments. It took over 3 hours to give me that very expensive estimate. Now for the good part; the tires have about 5000 miles on them and more than 80% of the tread. If the cam was bad, the car would not be drivable. Same goes for the battery. I have never had any issues with the instruments. I did not have the work done, and have put over 1200 miles on the car since with no issues at all. I did ask for the B service light to be reset, but the technician reset the A, starting the timer back to zero miles. So I assume either the technician had no clue as to how to read the diagnostic computer, or has a habit of overstating issues to earn more money, and no follow up was done by the service manager to see if indeed the service was done incorrectly. I am trading the car in for a different manufacture, and will not have to use Tysinger again! More
My salesperson and the manager were very friendly when I walked in. I went for a test drive, left, and made contact a few days later with an offer. That offer was met. Neither of us had to haggle back and forth, which was nice. I was told that my car would be in the following day. It was not. It was not available the next day either. In fact, it took a week and a day for my car to get in. Every time a asked when my car would be in, no one could tell me when it would arrive or where it was in the delivery phase. I emailed the manager 'Shak' describing the compensation that I wanted. He replied shortly thereafter to let me know that my car was in and would be the priority to be prepped for me. His compensation was more than I asked for. I wanted a third key and a cargo mat. He went above and beyond by giving me the third key, a second tank of gas on them and instead of a mat, he had the Homelink system installed. I was floored when I realized this. He was truly concerned about keeping me as a customer and sorry for the delay in my car delivery. I am very happy, overall, with the service and people of Tysinger Hyundai. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
