STAY AWAY I bought a used car from Tysinger on August, 2016. They presented me with a clean CarFax and swore up and down it wasn't in an accident. Flash forward I bought a used car from Tysinger on August, 2016. They presented me with a clean CarFax and swore up and down it wasn't in an accident. Flash forward to two weeks ago, I was rear-ended by someone. I went through my insurance to get the car fixed, and the collision center called me and informed me that my vehicle has been in a previous accident and the whole back left quarter panel had been replaced before..and very poorly. On top of that, they told me that there were no screws in the latch of the back driver-side door.. which is a HUGE safety issue. The collision center added the screws in the door because they said he could not let the car come off the lot without them inserted because it is extremely unsafe and the car should have never passed a safety check when the car was sold to me. Because my vehicle was in an accident before my incident a few weeks ago, and it wasn't fixed even remotely correct, my car is rusting from the inside-out. I took my car to Tysinger yesterday with all the proper paperwork, pictures and proof of the PREVIOUS accident, with hopes that they would make was is completely wrong, right. That cockroach of a GM dodged the previous accident by saying "if it's not on the CarFax, we have no way of knowing it's been in an accident." When I addressed the screws not being in the latch... that latches the xxxx door shut, safely... he responded with "well did the door lock?" And "I don't know if it's a law that the screws have the be in there when we sell you a car" and "we don't check for screws in doors." Last time I checked, screws and bolts hold the door in place and closed, buddy. Moral of the story- Tysinger would not stand by what they advertise. I lost my xxx by buying this car because I paid $24,000 for and "accident free" car, and me and everyone who entered my car, were unsafe because the door was not latched correctly. What Tysinger offered to do for me was "we can help you trade it in if you would like a different vehicle." The issue with that- I owe wayyyyy more than it's worth. They informed me that buying my car from me for what I owe "is not an option." The GM claims that they know nothing about each car on the lot, only what's on the CarFax. So ladies and gentleman, you can print out a CarFax for $49.00 on the internet and be as knowledgeable as each "car salesman" and even the "general manager" and maybe even Mr Tysinger himself. According to the GM, without the CarFax, they're completely negligent. Don't go to Tysinger. They sell you unsafe cars and they don't know what the law requirements are for safety checks. All they're worried about is selling their cars, and wiping their hands clean of you. See you in court, Tysinger. More

A Most Pleasant Experience! I purchased a Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Limited and it was a most pleasant experience. I was met initially by Joe Gardner, sales manager, and I found him I purchased a Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Limited and it was a most pleasant experience. I was met initially by Joe Gardner, sales manager, and I found him to be very accommodating. He worked with me to ensure that the sale went smoothly. Demetrius Alexander, the finance manager, was very efficient and made sure I understood all of the paper work. His answers to my questions were thorough and he was very professional. Our salesman, Fili Ramirez, is a CLASS ACT! Fili is one of the very few salesman that I have ever dealt with in my lifetime that really knows his product. He was able to answer every question that I asked him, which was many, and he has a fabulous personality and attitude! I have been back twice to see Fili, and it is always a pleasure. This young man is an exceptional salesman and a really great asset for Tysinger Motors. I had purchased a car for my grandson a few years ago from Tysinger, and I also had the opportunity to re-visit Larry Stevenson, the General Manager for Hyundai at Tysinger, who had worked with me on that sale. Larry was on vacation the week that I purchased the Ioniq, but I ran across him this week, and we had an opportunity to chat for a while. I know a lot of people "dread" buying a new car because some dealerships put pressure on you. I can tell you, this was not the case with me in dealing with these individuals mentioned. I will certainly give all of them 5+ stars, and say again, "thank you for making this purchase a most pleasant experience!" More
