Classic Hampton Auto Mall responded

This vehicle was sold with a clean Carfax report, of which we rely upon for vehicle valuations, reconditioning standards, and disposal. Even now, the Carfax report only shows the accident the client was recently involved in. She has owned this vehicle for 11 months with no issues related to the door lock operation. We have no way to determine when the alleged damage occurred and would not have discovered any of that work on our normal used car reconditioning. The client was offered for us to have the vehicle inspected at our certified body shop and provide her with a loaner vehicle during the evaluation. The client declined our offer for this inspection. We were also not offered the option to have the vehicle inspected while it was being repaired as a result of the client’s accident.

The previous accident has finally shown up on the carfax report.... 5 years later!! The damage was done to the left side of the vehicle, exactly where the screws were missing and where all the crappy repair work was done. I've submitted all documents, pictures, your 40 day old carfax that you presented me at the time of sale (sad how you take advantage of a 24yr old female car shopping alone.. you knew it was in an accident and didn't want to run another report in fear that it would show up on there), your passed inspection, voicemails from your team, EVERYTHING, to the BBB and Attorney General. I will not go away until what is wrong, is made right.
