I arrived at the Hyundai dealership on a Saturday morning undecided on whether I would be purchasing a vehicle. I had already gotten approval on a car loan through my credit union so I knew what price range undecided on whether I would be purchasing a vehicle. While I was looking at the 2011 Sonatas, Jose Choto walked up and introduced himself. He began to show me the car I was looking at. He pulled the car out and opened it up for me to get a good look at it. He explained everything about the car, all the options, how to work the fold down seats, how to operate the radio and switch through the modes. Then we took the car out for a test drive. After returning from the drive I had some questions about a different model of the car. They did not have any unsold models, but there was one that had been purchased and was going to be picked up. Jose actually brought the sold car over so I could see the differences between the base and sport model. Once I decided on the car, the finance department found me a better rate than my pre-approved loan through my credit union. Then once the purchase was finalized and my car was brought to me, Jose attached my plates and synced my phone up with the blue tooth system in the car. Unfortunately the parts department was closed after the purchase was finalized, so I would have to come back on Monday in order to pick up my floor mats. When I arrived on Monday, the parts department would have to order my floor mats, so Jose looked through the vehicles and found a car with the same color interior and provided me with floor mats and would have the parts department order mats for the other car. He gave me a tour of the parts department and maintenance area and just made the entire experience comfortable for me. More
