I have purchased 2 E-Classes thus far and wanted a sporty C-Class for myself. Most car buyers dread walking onto the car lot out of fear of being pressured into a purchase with a "tag-team" approach. Ed was by far the best sales person I have worked with in my 35-years of car buying. He had a perfect blend of timely engagement, valued information, and afforded me the time to search on my own. I felt I was given the best deal possible from a financial perspective, quality vehicle and support team. I even took the Mercedes financing, which is a first for me. I have always financed my cars with my Credit Union. The entire team was awesome! I love my 3rd Mercedes and know that I will continue to buy Mercedes. More
Service was great and salesperson was very friendly and knowlegeable. All went well with sales and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I was informed of and took advantage of the $500 credit for military, but was then tols later that documentation that I provided was inadequate. i understand that the requirement was established by Hyundai USA and I contacted them about my dissatisfaction; was told that it would take 4 weeks for them to review and issue a decision. I also contacted USAA Buyers Service and expressed my dissatisfaction; they noted it in their records.I personally think it is a shame that Hyundai USA would question the documentation showing that I am a retired LTC; I have passed that info to friends (active and retired Military members)that work with me in the Pentagon. Bottom line is that I do not fault Tysinger, but i definitely fault Hyundai USA. My experience with the dealership was extremely satisfying and I would highly recommend this business to other buyers. The Tucson that I purchased is proving to be all that it is advertised to be. GREAT VEHICLE and GREAT Dealership!!! More
Andre is cordial and friendly but failed to return a call or followup as promised regarding a second key. A minor criticism is that he tries to attend to multiple customers simultaneously. Fabulous experience! Rebecca was attentive and professional and offered a fantastic deal on my trade in (2006 Ford F150). She even made sure my truck was moved so I wouldn't see it again as I REA professional and offered a fantastic deal on my trade in (2006 Ford F150). She even made sure my truck was moved so I wouldn't see it again as I REALLY didn't want to trade it in, but knew I needed to so it was very difficult to "let it go!" She was empathetic to my plight and also gave a great price on my new vehicle as well (2007 Nissan Versa). I had a few small issues with the car and the service department was extremely accomodating providing a rental for a couple of days until they could fix the issues; which they did in record time! Fantastic overall experience with wonderful, cheerful, helpful folks! Would buy again from Tysinger any time! More
I was recommended by associates to see Jose Choto. Jose was very helpfull through the whole process which was concluded today by the repair of the radio's antena. The finance manager was thorough in explaing the documents I was signing and Mr. Paul worked with me with regard to financing. I have asked Jose to keep his eyes out for a deal like the one I received being I have a friend that is also in the market for a used car. Everyone on the showroom floor and the service department were extremely attentative. If I looked like I hadn't been help, any number of people would check on me (from the receptionist to a gentleman that saw me standing outside the service department waiting for my car to be brought around (he appeared to be a member of the service/repair department). This was a good experience considering getting another car (trading one in for another) was not really in my budget, but was neccessary. More
