I just purchased a new Elantra through the sales man Bobby. Not only did he beat the price from 2 other Hyundai dealers, they beat it by $800! The new Elantra is a hot car on the lots, it averages 3 day Bobby. Not only did he beat the price from 2 other Hyundai dealers, they beat it by $800! Most dealerships are not willing to deal to sell the car, but they went above and beyond staying after hours so we could take the car home that night. Very professional guys, thank you. More

I told the manager I was shopping around as I was new to the area and tried to schedule a service appointment. He interrupted to inform me that they didn't have anything available for several days, and tha the area and tried to schedule a service appointment. He interrupted to inform me that they didn't have anything available for several days, and that they charge for loaners (I am on my 4th MB and I'm treated like a new guy?) I told him I was comparing dealers and now realize I should have trusted what I read on the web. I also have a Lexus no appointment needed - drive in - drop off - get a loaner - they call back when mine is ready. What happened to service at MB? I canvassed all three dealerships in my area and at least Tysinger doesn't shut down for lunch. But the surly (juvenile?) attitude and rudeness of the young man on the phone is one reason that I bought my last MB in Alexandria, VA. Don't come here for service. More
