Bobby was fabuolous to work with. He had to search for the car we wanted, and he was excellent about notifying us when shipments were coming in and what we could expect. The only negative about our buying experience was the time it took for the "paperwork guys" to handle their end of the transaction. I knew my car was coming days before it came so I was ready with my own loan paperwork and insurance. All they needed to do as far as I was concerned was take my paperwork and give me the car. It took almost 3 hours for them to do whatever it was they did. I was left waiting in a room (at least Bobby kept checking on me and chatting) just... waiting. I suspect the financial guys were more interested in setting up a loan for someone else where they could make a commission from a Mercedes sale than they were to just process my Hyundai papers. Or maybe they just forgot about me. So "Boo" for the financial department. I should have been in and out of there in less than 30 minutes - they knew I was coming to buy it that day. More
