i have giving the ratings that i did because one we had a deal set for 13,500 with a payment of $314 a month. when i go to sign the loan papers the amount of the car dropped to 11,200 but the payment went to deal set for 13,500 with a payment of $314 a month. when i go to sign the loan papers the amount of the car dropped to 11,200 but the payment went to over $342 a month.I did not care for the big jump in payments, until I was told i went from a 30 day warranty to a 3 year 36000 mile. mitch was great, i enjoyed working with him on this purchase. the were a few delays with getting things done,but this did not botther me because the staff was very friendly. being in sales myself , the overall experence was great More

Overall the buying experience went well. I was very happy with everything and Mike couldn't have been easier to work with. My only complaint was the process took a little longer than I would have liked but n with everything and Mike couldn't have been easier to work with. What can I say. I purchased a C300 in July and really wanted a 2-door coupe but Mercedes did not offer one. Two months later I saw the 2012 MB commercial on the C Class Coupe and immediately fell in lov wanted a 2-door coupe but Mercedes did not offer one. Two months later I saw the 2012 MB commercial on the C Class Coupe and immediately fell in love with it. Over the next several weeks Ed & Miles worked diligently with me to put together a realistic trade-in/purchase package without me losing that much. They even found the car in the right colors and packages that I wanted. The transaction was easy, no pressure, and very accommodating. Both Ed & Miles were awesome...my second time around with them in 4-months. When I am ready for my next Mercedes, It would be my honor to work with them again. More

Hadrian promised me a good price for my purchase and he delivered. At delivery, he sat me and my wife in the car and patiently demonstrated every important feature of the car. He did such a good job, I was able to use his briefing and the owner's manuals to get sufficiently familiar with the car. Hadrian is a professional in all aspects of his job. I also appreciate Gregory Montie's patience and cooperation in holding my check until I could get funds transferred into my bank account. Otherwise, our excitment in getting our new car would have been delayed for almost two weeks. Again, the experience was very, very pleasant. More

This experience started off with me getting my C230 inspected on Saturday 22 October 2011. Because of front end tire problems the car was rejected. I put two new tires on, went home and got my wife to inspected on Saturday 22 October 2011. Because of front end tire problems the car was rejected. I put two new tires on, went home and got my wife to do some shopping and then went back to have the car re-inspected. It passed this time. We left the dealership to see something that she wanted to see, and then went back to "just look" at what was there. Long story short - they would not let me go home in my 230, but instead put me in a 2008 CLK 350. Great service, we were there until 8:30 pm that evening, everyone was happy. Originally my wife and I were going to look at refrigerators that day. Mike did an excellent job selling that unit. More
